Fantastic service! Came within 24 hours of the door breaking and did all the repairs necessary to get our door working again. The Tech Devon was great and I really appreciate his repairing and not trying to upsell us, just simple high quality service. We even had him tune up our other door. Reasonable price too! Initially, I had an emergency and searched for immediate help. Precision provides 24/7 garage door service. That was a plus and a surprise. I received excellent Customer Service, when I called. The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. This was a nice touch. He then introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was thorough and told me my options upfront. He was very diligent about the work he was doing. I felt comfortable knowing he was on the job. He explained every step and took time to show me how a garage door operates. I highy recommend Devon if you need a kind and conscientous repairman. He wrote invoice for repairs and recommendations.

Colton was AMAZING!!!! He was very knowledgable and came the same day we called. We have been having an issue with our gargage door eye sensors (and the CO sunshine hitting them) for the past few years. This has been such a frustration for me, when trying to leave my house, and the garage door is acting up! Colton helped diagnose the problem, and gave us options for how to proceed. Then he let us decide what option was right for us. Definitely will use this company again (and request Colton). Very professional and responsive company. Precision Garage door installed a new garage door for a neighbor. When I had an opener problem I called them. After solving my controller issues Willam inspected by 25 year old garage doors. He determined what I knew that I needed new doors. William did a great job and provided a fair price for our new doors.

I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning because our garage door wasn’t working, and they were able to get us in same day. Brendan was the technician who came out, and he was wonderful to work with. I was running a little late from work, and he was very flexible—graciously adjusting to meet me about 20 minutes later than originally scheduled. When he arrived, he was professional, kind, and even made a great impression on our kitty, who greeted him right away and kept coming back to say hello. Brendan did a fantastic job fixing the garage door, and now it works perfectly. I highly recommend both the company and Brendan’s services—he was great!

I chose your business and service person, Noah, due to a referral from a friend and previous customer of yours. A great review referral was what led me to make an appt. Noah is clear with what he plans to diagnose and his resolutions to the problem. He allows your choice as to what is decided to repair and the cost. He put new rollers to quiet its journey and adjusted the balance so it could be locked again. The small jerk in the chain driven door upon closing wasn't able to be completely resolved. Hopefully that won't worsen any time soon. Very pleased with his work and passed on a business card to my neighbor.

I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours. The repair involved components that were 10-24 years old. Devon explained 3 options for repairs and the advantages of each option. He did an excellent job. I was grateful to have the repair done in such a timely manner.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Devon had it fixed Monday morning. We then decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old garage door opener, instead of adding more repairs. Devon was wonderfully communicative, professional, and so very helpful. Devon answered our many questions, walked us thru the options and installed the new opener the next day.
