Very fast response to my call. William did a “tuneup” on all 3 of my door openers, which are 40+ years old! They all sound so much quieter now. I asked for an estimate on new ones, which he emailed to me. When I decide to replace one or all of them, I shall call this company again. Had called the morning of seeing one of our torsion springs had broke on our garage door. Was surprised to get an appointment the same day to fix the issue. William Fletcher came out and I'm someone who asks a lot of questions...a lot.... William was very receptive to all the questions and definitely provided me with every answer to my many questions. Had an emergency situation when the garage door broke in the evening after hours and it wouldn't open. Had an appointment for surgery @ 9 a.m. the next morning. We called & Precision said a service man would be at our house between 6:00-8:00 a.m. Sure enough - he was very knowledge, courteous and explained what needed to be done (fairly extensive) and was finished in plenty of time for us to make the appt. Our technician Shawn was one very professional tech's. He arrived on time and completed his evaluation of the door issue within minuets of arriving. Even in the cold weather he completed the task at hand and not only once but twice verified the proper operation of the door and proper alignment of all components. He was extremely courteous , very knowledgeable and like I said extremely professional. Your serviceman (I think his name was Sean) did a fantastic job. Great customer service. He was thorough; told me what parts need to be updated while offering options. Prices were competitive—and a good value. Customer service goes along way in my book—and it was not a warm day but he managed to do excellent work. I appreciated that he checked my garage door first and then made sure everything in the system was safe and level. Merry Christmas!

Had a great experience with this service. Tyler was quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, left my property as he found it. I will use this company again. I Highly recommend them. They have great warranty on repair work. Outstanding service from the initial call , to tech coming on site. No hidden fees, all clearly explained with options. I contacted different companies, many had no voice mail set up or were grumpy when answering the phone. Your tech Tyler was good to call and tell me he would be at my home in 10 minutes and he was!! I appreciated his explaining the mechanism of my doors and why they behave as they do.
