Brendan was professional, communicated very well and kept us up to speed on everything from arrival time, work to be performed and went out of his way to ensure the door was fixed properly and it was easy for us to coordinate the project. Precision impressed me the first time I saw them work at my neighbors and they did not disappoint when taking care of our door as well. Well Done!

Brendan was courteous, professional and very friendly. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my nine-year-old double garage door. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. Brendan repaired the garage door in less than two hours, and it is working like new. It hasn't been this quiet in a long time. Thank you for a quality job.

Colton easily instilled confidence about his work. He went the extra mile to leave a successful repair in better shape than before the problem occurred. He clearly cares about doing good work out of concern for the customer.

Garage door was damaged around 11:15am. Colton showed up around 1:30pm and got the door functioning safely by 2:15pm. Great service, polite and efficient. Panel needs to be ordered and replaced, but door is functioning as it should until panal arrives.

Super quick and thorough spring replacement and door and opener service. Messaged the company yesterday and they had Brett out the next morning. No waiting on parts and Brett had the work done in about 30 minutes. He was very professional and personable and explained everything thoroughly and gave appropriate service options. Would highly recommend their company.

There are several reasons why this business is highly rated. Your receptionist was helpful and courteous. The service technician, Brendan, has actually repaired both of our garage doors now. In both situations, he was punctual and very professional. He quickly assessed our needs and explained what needed to happen. Brendan worked diligently in the freezing cold to get the job done. We now have 2 doors that work nicely and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you all!!

Excellent service! I had been 'trapped' as my garage door only opened partially. When I called on Monday I had an appointment that afternoon with Brendan. I received an email with a picture of all the Technicians for safety reasons. He arrived on time. We went into the garage so I could show him the board that split. He advised it would take about 10 minutes to do an evaluation. It was an old door and made a LOT of noise. We went through the list and I decided to get a new door, opener, etc to protect me and my car. He came the next day and spent 5+ hours in 24 degree temps, always with a smile! Cleaned everything up. He showed me what I needed to know. still smiling! I got my detailed invoice, warranties, and evaluation when I opened my email the next day. Excellent service from beginning to end. No wonder Precision has an A+ rating with the BBB. Thank you!

Eric in Loveland: Agent was great who came out and was very thorough and explained everything in detail on what would be needed to maintain my garage in the future. Had multiple things done and they came out the same day and were prepared to fix everything on the spot. Work took about 3-4 hours and everything works great now. He did not push things, he just explained what would be needed to maintain and what he also thought minimum would be to fix problems. He made suggestions and I picked all the ones he felt needed attention.

We used Precision in SoCal before we moved to Colorado. We wanted to establish an ongoing maintenance scheme for the garage doors in our new home so we called Precision in Fort Collins. They responded very quickly to our request. Could not be more pleased. Colton from precision was thorough in his evaluation and communicated well. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Garage door, installed by Precision in 2019, was not working properly. Colton was here within an hour and fixed the problem and ran the inspection. A wire connection had come loose. Colton was just excellent, courteous, personable and obviously knowledgeable in this area. Thanks, Colton, for a great experience!
