Scheduling online was quick and easy. There were several appointments available the next day or within the next few days. I appreciated a call from Colten letting me know when he would arrive and a text from the company with his picture so I knew who to look for. Colten was very knowledgeable and was able to dianose the problem quickly, make repairs, and pointed out some things to look for in the future. Thomas came out to service our garage door (broken spring). He was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little surprised at the high price. I didn't expect it to be as much as it was (and, we didn't even do all that was recommended. That would have priced us out). To be fair, we haven't had a repair on our garage door for years (and that was at another house), so I don't have much to compare it with. When asked, the tech even said they were a little on the high side compared with other companies. However, the service was very good and the tech was very considerate and responsive to our needs.

Colton Deeney performed a 25-point inspection on my two garage doors and explained the details to me in an informative (and not at all aggressive) way, and advised me of my options and explained his recommendations. My doors are 22 years old and have never needed repair work until one of the torsion springs just broke. He replaced all 3 torsion springs and repaired what needed to be done to be sure the garage doors are safe. He arrived ahead of time (with my permission) and was very happy, and friendly; also very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and quick.
