Brett was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he took the time to look over everything and not just the broken spring. He explained the 3 options I had to consider, ranging from minimal cost to maximum cost; as well as explaining the warranty available with each option. He offered an estimate on how long it would take for the parts to come in; specifically the heavy springs needed for my wooden door. As soon as the parts were received, I had a phone call from Tyler to schedule the repairs. I'm happy to say that Brett was able to come out the next day and get all of the repairs done in a timely fashion. He then took time to explain the differences between the old and new parts, remind me of the warranty and asked if I had any otther questions. One of the reasons I initially chose Precision Door was because of the BBB rating. Based on my experiences with Brett, I plan to reach back out to Precision Door when I have any additional issues with my garage door. Thanks for having such pleasant people to work with.

Wow - I just had Brett Werner from Precision out looking at my garage door since it decided not to close. Brett was super friendly and fixed my door within 30minutes - he even had time to explain how I could handle my garage door in any future emergency situations - just in case! The repair man was courteous and called to let me know he was on his way. He promptly explained what he would do and then performed an inspection of my situation. I was then given a complete breakdown of the problems and the options I had for repair. He performed the work in a short period of time reflecting his expertise in the work and I'm very happy with my like new door and 5-year warranty. I would recommend Precision to all my friends.
