Call answered by a real person. Same day appointment. Serviceman arrived on time. Thorough review by him. He presented options. Completed the selected repair in the time he estimated he would. He made sure we were fully operational before he left. We were quite satisfied.

Very quick and professional response all the way around from the scheduler to the technician! Thank you to Brett, especially, who helped us out today. I would highly recommend this company. I called at 7:30 in the morning and they were there before 9 AM! Customer service can be hit or miss these days, but this group has it together with communication, setting expectations, and follow up.

Once again, we had a great experience having our garage door repaired by Precision! Tyler returned my email request for a service appointment and sent a technician out right away. Brett came on a very cold day, was friendly and professional, and provided quality service for us. He had to put both cables back in place and he replaced the bearings. The door is now running smoother than it had been. We really appreciate him braving the frigid temperature to help us out! We are repeat customers and highly recommend Precision for garage door service!

Brett came out and quickly identified the problem causing the garage door to malfunction. He took time to educate me about my garage door, the various components of the door, positives and negatives of this type door, potential problems, things I can do to help it work efficiently, and maintenance that I can perform to extend the life of the parts. He was able to quickly fix the problem and then performed some additional maintenance on the door. Brett is a great guy who communicates on a level that is easy to understand. I will always ask for him if I ever have problems again! Brett and Precision have my highest rating!!

Precision responded over the weekend and got out here quickly. Brett was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and proactively replaced some frayed cables and other parts that were on the brink of failure. He made our 20 year old door like new again. I highly recommend.

Brett was very professional and super nice and cheerful despite it being -11 degrees when he arrived. Explained the problem, provided a quote and did a great job repairing. Did not push anything on me, but suggested what would be ideal. In addition to the broken spring he installed new rollers, which were recommended, but not required. Immediately noticed how much smoother and quieter the door is with the new rollers. Excellent all around.

Super quick and thorough spring replacement and door and opener service. Messaged the company yesterday and they had Brett out the next morning. No waiting on parts and Brett had the work done in about 30 minutes. He was very professional and personable and explained everything thoroughly and gave appropriate service options. Would highly recommend their company.

Brett was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he took the time to look over everything and not just the broken spring. He explained the 3 options I had to consider, ranging from minimal cost to maximum cost; as well as explaining the warranty available with each option. He offered an estimate on how long it would take for the parts to come in; specifically the heavy springs needed for my wooden door. As soon as the parts were received, I had a phone call from Tyler to schedule the repairs. I'm happy to say that Brett was able to come out the next day and get all of the repairs done in a timely fashion. He then took time to explain the differences between the old and new parts, remind me of the warranty and asked if I had any otther questions. One of the reasons I initially chose Precision Door was because of the BBB rating. Based on my experiences with Brett, I plan to reach back out to Precision Door when I have any additional issues with my garage door. Thanks for having such pleasant people to work with.

The repair man was courteous and called to let me know he was on his way. He promptly explained what he would do and then performed an inspection of my situation. I was then given a complete breakdown of the problems and the options I had for repair. He performed the work in a short period of time reflecting his expertise in the work and I'm very happy with my like new door and 5-year warranty. I would recommend Precision to all my friends.
