This company makes getting service so easy! Online scheduling is a breeze, and they came out within hours of making an appointment. Brian was the tech and he was very professional and thorough. From the moment of the call seeking service to the completion of the installation repairs, we could not have been more pleased with the customer service interactions and the results offered by an outstanding service technician. The issues were all resolved after a careful inspection and description of what was found. There was no hard sell, just options presented based upon findings and suggestions for improvements. All work was completed without delay and a full walk-through of replacement items was offered, including settings for new garage openers. Precision is the garage door company to call for needs!

Thank you for your prompt service. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable in explaining what was wrong with our 30+ year old garage door opener. They did an excellent and professional job replacing our opener and updating the cables, bearings, rollers etc. Now my wife will quit complaining that the door won't open or close.
