This company makes getting service so easy! Online scheduling is a breeze, and they came out within hours of making an appointment. Brian was the tech and he was very professional and thorough. I thought the cost for service was very appropriate and I am super happy my opener works and a bad cable got replaced. Highly recommend!

They responded quickly to my request and sent out a service technician the same day. Brian, the technician who came to our house was very professional and friendly. He performed a check of our door and made several suggestions. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to rush us into something we didn’t want at that time. He did the work we requested.

The service was scheduled very quickly after my initial inquiry. The specialist was professional and got my garage door fixed within 2 hours. My only hiccup was the price for the service, but I understand it's specialized work, and the specialist gave me several price options for me to choose.

From the moment of the call seeking service to the completion of the installation repairs, we could not have been more pleased with the customer service interactions and the results offered by an outstanding service technician. The issues were all resolved after a careful inspection and description of what was found. There was no hard sell, just options presented based upon findings and suggestions for improvements. All work was completed without delay and a full walk-through of replacement items was offered, including settings for new garage openers. Precision is the garage door company to call for needs!

Thank you for your prompt service. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable in explaining what was wrong with our 30+ year old garage door opener. They did an excellent and professional job replacing our opener and updating the cables, bearings, rollers etc. Now my wife will quit complaining that the door won't open or close. Thumbs up to Adam and Colten.
