I called to have a maintenance check performed on my garage door, which had not been done for a long time. Cody came out that day. After a review, he gave me 3 options for repair. I chose the most extensive option, and Cody had everything he needed on the truck and fixed everything that afternoon. Cody is a bright and efficient young man. He is polite, friendly, skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and a good problem-solver. I believe the cost of repairs was reasonable, and I was pleased that the repairs could be completed so quickly. Thank you!

We had William and Cody to resolve operation issues with our garage door opening this past fall. The solution was to replace the lift springs with a single torsion spring along with minor track and roller adjustments. All of the previous problems were resolved and the door function is much better than expected and so much quieter! Both of the servicemen were professional and courteous the entire time that they were here. They cleaned up any debris that they removed from the old springs. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment when I called. A real person actually answered the phone and talked to me. Cody was fantastic. He was thorough and did a good job of explaining all the issues with our door opener, springs, etc. I will definitely use Precision again.

11-13/2023 I called precision garage door on Sunday afternoon that I had a garage door problem. They scheduled Cody Reed to come on Monday morning 11/13/2023 at 8AM TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. Cody arrived on time and inspected the garage door. I had a broken spring .cables frayed and a bad bearing. Cody fixed the door and was gone by 10 am.
