Had previously used Precision Garage Door Service (different dealer in another state) to repair a number of issues with an old garage door opener. Was very satisfied with the quality of service and products provided in that transaction. New house here in Windsor came with a garage door but no opener. Spoke to Amanda on Monday about what I wanted. She passed the information to Tyler and he called Tuesday morning to discuss details. Colten was there in early afternoon and finished installing a new belt-drive opener with a very nice Liftmaster opener plus the wall mount control, the exterior key-pad, and the remote accessories. He also upgraded the original rollers with nylon-covered rollers for a quieter movement. The install was all very smooth and satisfactory. I am very pleased with the results of this transaction.
