They had someone out within a few hours (even earlier than promised), he was able to at least get the day open so that we could get our car out, explained why the door needed to be replaced (we were not surprised, the damage was very obvious), and gave us a fair estimate on replacing it. Drew called ahead to let me know he'd be early, if that was convenient (which it was). He listened to my concerns about the garage door noise, looked everything over and tested it before deciding what he thought was the problem. Upon arrival, he immediately found the problem and pointed out the broken spring that was causing the failure of garage door not opening.
