Precision technician Drew called because he was done early at his previous job and asked if he could come then. I told him he could. Which helped me out that he was able to come earlier. He was very professional and very polite. He explained everything to me and the price was very good for all the work he did! Precision Garage Door provided awesome service the day we backed into our garage door. They had someone out within a few hours (even earlier than promised), he was able to at least get the day open so that we could get our car out, explained why the door needed to be replaced (we were not surprised, the damage was very obvious), and gave us a fair estimate on replacing it. We were extremely pleased with the reps knowledge, ability to make the door function, and explaining our options to replace it.
