Took a chance among the several Garage Door repair options in/near Fort Collins. Met Drew and he did a great job explaining my door problem(s) and what it would take to fix it/them. So far, so good. Plus a 5-year warranty. He did install several new parts but your "Purchase a new product" below only allows me to list one, not several.
