We train our technicians to do a thorough and honest safety inspection of every door they encounter. Because yours was significantly older, there were many parts that were in need of repair or replacement. The $700 quote included everything that technically needed done, but we would have been happy to simply repair your springs as the next company did. It is so important to us that our customers are aware of potential issues their door may have in the future so that they know what to expect. What a great job Sean & Ben did for me.
