The sales representative/installer was very informative as he played out different options for my new garage door opener. I appreciated that fact he did not pressure me in any way. He showed me pictures and comparisons between the different options. I'd definitely recommend this company again!

They had worked on our garage when we moved in 4 years ago and did a great job then and a great job now. We had been experiencing occasional problems with the garage door and new wheels and new little camera lights ( I can't remember the name for that) will make a major difference. Thanks Precision Service.

Very disappointing service call......requested one broken spring replaced and got 3 bids that involved more services that "were recommended/needed". What happened to performing requested service and leaving it at that?? Always there to add,add,add....Also told cost would be 125-189 and guess what - labor cost added (not told that was another add on) Will not be giving any recommendations -
Trish, We are so sorry for the miscommunication. While we are happy to replace a single spring- we strongly recommend against it. Springs work in pairs, and replacing both ensures that your door will run much longer, and smoother without need of future repair. As much as we love our customers, our goal is make sure we fix things correctly so you don't need to see us again for a very long time! Please reach out if you have any other questions about your door inspection or recommendations.

Colton was amazing! He walked me through what was going on with my opener, showed me my options, after a thorough discussion, I made my decision to have it serviced. I realize I needed a new door, and he was kind enough to take notes so that hopefully next year, I can get a new door. He was completely transparent and exceptionally professional! I recommend this company highly! When I do get to buy a door, I will be going ONLY to Precision Door Fort Collins!! Thank you so much, Colton for keeping my door going!
