Your technician, Colton Deeney, proved to be friendly, knowledgeable, and a fast and efficient worker. As a DIYer in the last century I had installed a garage door opener and replaced several moving parts. Therefore, I was confident that Colson was not exaggerating the items that needed replacing when we were discussing what needed to be done. I unreservedly recommend Precision Door and, in particular, Colton to do the job. Brian

Parts are marked up to much.
Hi Bill, You may notice some parts run slightly higher than other local companies. The explanation is simple: We purchase higher quality parts! As much as we'd love to see you again in a year or two, it feels like a disservice to you to install a product we know won't last. We only put our name on products we stand behind, and we're grateful you chose us to serve you today. We'll be around for the long run, and here to help you anytime. Feel free to call with any questions.

Precision Garage Door technician, William Fletcher was very helpful. On the inspection, he answered all my questions and explained everything, along with showing me the physical issues. His answers were at my level, which is someone who has limited mechanical knowledge. When William came back to do the repairs (after parts ordered), he was professional and polite. He again showed me what was done and answered my questions. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door! I purchased my new garage door just over a year ago and couldn't be more satisfied. Their service is prompt and courteous with excellent communication and follow up. The techs I've seen, William and Brendan, were both skilled, efficient, friendly and highly customer service oriented.

The garage door opener was installed about a year ago by Colton who did a great job installing it. Recently, it started making noise and closing at a variable rate. I called the office late yesterday and Colton was here before noon today! After listening to my comments he checked out the door and made a few adjustments and had it working perfectly again. Colton was professional, listened well, and explained in detail what he did and why and made sure I was completely satisficed. By the way the work was covered under warranty - they have a great one. Based on my experience with Precision Door, I'd highly recommend them.

I called to have a maintenance check performed on my garage door, which had not been done for a long time. Cody came out that day. After a review, he gave me 3 options for repair. I chose the most extensive option, and Cody had everything he needed on the truck and fixed everything that afternoon. Cody is a bright and efficient young man. He is polite, friendly, skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and a good problem-solver. I believe the cost of repairs was reasonable, and I was pleased that the repairs could be completed so quickly. Thank you!
