When your technician, William, arrived he was very professional, very helpful, and knowledgeable about how to fix my issue. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain to me what he was doing and why and I appreciate that very much. Appointment was scheduled earlier than expected which was very helpful since the garage door was not operable. The time was earlier than expected which was also unexpected. The phone call to inform me that the techs would be early was perfect. It really helped to know that, since I have 2 dogs to get arranged! Everything went perfectly.

I managed to back my car into my garage door before it was fully up and I knocked it off its tracks. I was very concerned about how precarious it was hanging, and that it was dangerous, because I could not lower the door. It was a Saturday, so I called several garage door companies, and nobody called me back. Then I called Precision Garage Doors, and they answered my call immediately on a Saturday and set me up with their first available appointment, which was less than 48 hours away. I was so impressed, and even more impressed by the job their technician Brendan did. My garage door now works better than it did before I knocked it off the tracks. Precision is an awesome company! Colton did a fabulous job with the garage door it has never open & closed so smooth. Colton went above and beyond with all his work and all my questions. I am so glad that he is the one that will come out again if and when we need is services again. Customer Service has declined so much in the past few years but Precision has not let that very important part slide. That is huge for me! Our garage door broke a spring today. Wasn’t sure who to call so I found Precision on google and the fact that they were able to do same day service, helped my decision on contacting Precision. I got a hold of someone immediately and was able to set up an appointment time later in the day. I was also informed that if they had an opening earlier for one of there techs they would contact me to see if that would work. Maybe an hour later, I was contacted by Colton Deeney. He was able to come over and take care of our garage door. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he took care of the broken spring and some other issues associated with our 20-year old garage door. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my family, friends, and partners.

The technician came to our house within 2 hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem with the door and the existing opener and fixed it cost efficiently over the course of the afternoon. I also had him replace the garage door opener with a new one that worked properly. Definitely please with the professionalism and expertise with which the job was completed.
