William was on-time for the scheduled appointment. He did an evaluation of our system and gave us 3 options to get it working safely. We chose the most comprehensive option, to replace the entire system, which was done during the same appointment. We are very satisfied with the work.

The repair man was courteous and called to let me know he was on his way. He promptly explained what he would do and then performed an inspection of my situation. I was then given a complete breakdown of the problems and the options I had for repair. He performed the work in a short period of time reflecting his expertise in the work and I'm very happy with my like new door and 5-year warranty. I would recommend Precision to all my friends.

I had an issue with my garage door closing first thing in the morning. I called your store and you were able to schedule a technician to come out right away. When your technician, William, arrived he was very professional, very helpful, and knowledgeable about how to fix my issue. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain to me what he was doing and why and I appreciate that very much. Hopefully I don’t have any more garage door issues, but if I do y’all will be my first phone call. Thank you
Wes thank you so much for trusting us with your garage door! We hope it will continue running smoothly for years to come too. If you ever have additional issues, we'll be here to help

Appointment was scheduled earlier than expected which was very helpful since the garage door was not operable. The time was earlier than expected which was also unexpected. The phone call to inform me that the techs would be early was perfect. It really helped to know that, since I have 2 dogs to get arranged! Everything went perfectly.
We are so glad we were able to get your door running again! Call us anytime

I managed to back my car into my garage door before it was fully up and I knocked it off its tracks. I was very concerned about how precarious it was hanging, and that it was dangerous, because I could not lower the door. It was a Saturday, so I called several garage door companies, and nobody called me back. Then I called Precision Garage Doors, and they answered my call immediately on a Saturday and set me up with their first available appointment, which was less than 48 hours away. I was so impressed, and even more impressed by the job their technician Brendan did. My garage door now works better than it did before I knocked it off the tracks. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for a job well done!!!
We're so sorry about your door, Craig! It happens to the best of us. Thank you so much for trusting us to get your door back on track. Happy to help anytime!

Precision is an awesome company! Colton did a fabulous job with the garage door it has never open & closed so smooth. Colton went above and beyond with all his work and all my questions. I am so glad that he is the one that will come out again if and when we need is services again. Customer Service has declined so much in the past few years but Precision has not let that very important part slide. That is huge for me! I will recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door services! Thanks Colton and Precision! I am one very happy customer!
