Brandon Prevost came up today to repair our garage door. We just called yesterday and they were here this morning. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He repaired what was necessary and made suggestions for future work which we definitely will be sticking with Precision Garage Door. He is a great technician. Thanks for the quality work.

I am so thankful for the quick response time of coming out to my house in the same day under an hour after making the appointment. Brendan the adjuster came and assessed the problem and was finished under a half hour. The garage door works better then it did before. Great job! Thank you!

Colton was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, professional, and very friendly. He initially looked over the entire door, explained the different parts and operation, and then provided three options for repair. He repaired the door with the parts that we discussed in a very timely manner. After the repairs were made, he explained what was completed and future maintenance. Great service and highly recommended. Mike W.

Erin was our first contact and she was so professional and pleasant. It was so nice to have such great customer service and she got us scheduled and sent emails/texts verifying everything we discussed. The information on the technician, that was assigned to us, was really a nice touch. Our technician, Colton, was fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very organized and stayed to task. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the great service all around. Craig and Colleen Burback

I had the pleasure of having Colton from Precision stop by and repair our garage door opener. He was prompt, courteous and informative. His honesty showed through in that he didn’t try to sell us any unnecessary parts or labor. What more could you want? And all at a reasonable price. Mark

Brendan showed up on time and did a good, workmanlike job. I gave a four star rating, rather than 5, because the quote I received on the phone only reflected one spring replacement. I knew it would be advisable to replace both springs and assumed that Precision would do both. After some discussion with Brendan, we arrived at an acceptable price for the two springs , plus bearings at the ends of the shaft where the springs are mounted. I would recommend Precision (and Brendan) to friends, but caution that they make sure they have a detailed breakdown on the work.

My neighbor recommended Precision because of the good service he received. I second that. I was VERY happy and pleased with the professional service I received from Colton Deeney. In a matter of hours I had a new garage door opener that works wonderfully. Thank you, Colton!

Brenden is great! In the past I used another garage door company for my repairs. Two of my neighbors have used Precision recently and were both very pleased with the service. When my garage door opener had problems this week I knew to call you. Brenden was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He gave me knowledge, honest options and answered all of my questions. Thank you for your prompt response time, I really appreciate it.

Listen, I had estimates taken for the new springs for my garage door. I had A1 Garage Door out to do the work, and over the phone they quoted me one price and when they came out for the work, they raised the price X3. I then contacted Precision Garage Door and was treated like valued customer. They also quoted me over the phone a range but were honest and did the job for the quoted price. Their technician [ Scott] was very personable and thorough. He looked over our door and let us know that we may need some more work but did not push. I will call Precision for all of my work going forward. Thanks Scott!

I bought a new side mount garage door opener to replace an existing screw drive unit. I was expecting an estimate with a promise to be back in a week or so for installation. Within two hours of calling your office Brendon showed up with the opener I needed in the vehicle! he went to work immediately-quickly and efficiently installed a quiet new opener that we are extremely happy with. Also very happy with your website and the fact that you identify your employees before they ever show up, including with a picture. my wife and I were very impressed with your professionalism. We were also given information on how to maintain the new opener and extend its life. We will definitely contact you with our service needs!

Scott did an excellent job on the installation. In addition he explained all of our options for the new garage door motor. I have had springs replaced twice, and the previous installers didn't mention bearing replacement or wear. Will recommend Precision Doors to my family and friends.

I smile every time I open my garage door! Thank you Precision Garage Door! My garage door was making loud rackety noises, which were getting worse. Now it opens smoothly and quietly. Scheduling a time for a technician to come was easy. The tech, William, was excellent: efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the door's problem, offered me options and fixed it. My door is about 30 years old, and when I need a replacement, Precision is at the top of my list of companies to work with.

Professional and very friendly, Brendan was the tech that came out and he was outstanding. So much so I will request him for any future repairs I give 10 stars if I could

Precision door was the third company I called for our new garage door and I wish I had called them first! They were prompt, prepared, and professional. Brendan had all of the information and samples available so that I could make a decision immediately and provided a quote right away. I am super excited for our new door and opener!
