There are several reasons why this business is highly rated. Your receptionist was helpful and courteous. The service technician, Brendan, has actually repaired both of our garage doors now. In both situations, he was punctual and very professional. He quickly assessed our needs and explained what needed to happen. Brendan worked diligently in the freezing cold to get the job done. We now have 2 doors that work nicely and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you all!!

Excellent service! I had been 'trapped' as my garage door only opened partially. When I called on Monday I had an appointment that afternoon with Brendan. I received an email with a picture of all the Technicians for safety reasons. He arrived on time. We went into the garage so I could show him the board that split. He advised it would take about 10 minutes to do an evaluation. It was an old door and made a LOT of noise. We went through the list and I decided to get a new door, opener, etc to protect me and my car. He came the next day and spent 5+ hours in 24 degree temps, always with a smile! Cleaned everything up. He showed me what I needed to know. still smiling! I got my detailed invoice, warranties, and evaluation when I opened my email the next day. Excellent service from beginning to end. No wonder Precision has an A+ rating with the BBB. Thank you!

We have a heavy two car garage door system that came with the house we bought three years ago. The house was built in 1998 and parts of the garage door system had most likely been replaced and adapted to fit the system several times over that period. In any case, we were experiencing frequent malfunctions when opening and closing the door, and the hardware supporting the door was making enough popping and cracking sounds that we were worried about its continued operation. Brandon came to the house and looked the system over, explained the operation of the system to us, and then pointed out parts that had failed or would likely fail in the near future. He then made guestimates as to how long the suspect parts would hold up and offered us three plans of progress based on what parts would best be replaced at once, which ones would likely last for a time longer, and which were still in good shape. We then chose a plan, he went immediately to work, and an hour or two later, the garage door was opening and closing smooth as silk.

Our garage door opener failed at 7:00 am and it was replaced that same afternoon. Brenden was the technician, and he was very organized and efficient and a nice guy. He answered all our questions. The lady that took our information when we called with our problem was wonderful, She read all the information back to us so that there would be no errors. She had a great telephone voice and manner.

We are seniors and deal with a measure of disability, so when our garage door was damaged and dislodged by a tool in the garage, we knew we were in a very vulnerable place. Our technician arrived promptly after our call, he was professional and polite. He then reset the door and replaced bad rollers and hinges that we had not even seen were completely torn apart! We will be back for all our garage door needs in the future. We own multiple properties and have been with another company over the last 25 years, but we know what works well and when there is honesty and determination! I managed to back my car into my garage door before it was fully up and I knocked it off its tracks. I was very concerned about how precarious it was hanging, and that it was dangerous, because I could not lower the door. It was a Saturday, so I called several garage door companies, and nobody called me back. Then I called Precision Garage Doors, and they answered my call immediately on a Saturday and set me up with their first available appointment, which was less than 48 hours away. I was so impressed, and even more impressed by the job their technician Brendan did. My garage door now works better than it did before I knocked it off the tracks.
