Precision did an excellent job! The spring broke on my 10-yr-old garage door opener. I called and got estimates from 3 companies and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service responded the fastest, scheduled the fastest and was actually a few dollars cheaper than their competitors. Kim explained how the repair would be done and got it scheduled for the very next day. I purchased my opener at Home Depot and Brandon came and installed it, replaced the broken spring and loud metal rollers, and Voila! I have a new, quiet garage door opener. Brandon even set up the electronic entry codes for the remote opener for me. It was a pleasure working with such a competent and knowledgeable technician!

We're new to Loveland so we chose Precision because of the good comments submitted by other customers. Brendan, the technician showed up on time. Nice personality. Quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. Did an inspection of the garage door. Also lubed the door hinges. Reasonably priced.
