Precision came out 4 years ago and replaced the rollers and spring and this time the motor. Both times the tech was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and upfront. Brendan did a great job. Wow. What an operation. Garage door broke late at night. Got a confirmation email and follow up call within hours. Got garage door fixed with in 24 hours is sub zero temp. Best part was technician called apon his arrival said he needed to get gas and was 10 minutes out and offered me a coffee from gas station. Are you kidding who does that? People who care and are good at what they do.

He explained my options and got my new opener installed showed my how the new one worked along with the new keypad.
