Wow. What an operation. Garage door broke late at night. Got a confirmation email and follow up call within hours. Got garage door fixed with in 24 hours is sub zero temp. Best part was technician called apon his arrival said he needed to get gas and was 10 minutes out and offered me a coffee from gas station. Are you kidding who does that? People who care and are good at what they do.

Brendan did an excellent job replacing my garage door opener, which died, it was at least 20 years old. He explained my options and got my new opener installed showed my how the new one worked along with the new keypad. Brendan was courteous, professional and very friendly. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my nine-year-old double garage door. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. Brendan repaired the garage door in less than two hours, and it is working like new. It hasn't been this quiet in a long time. Thank you for a quality job.

They did an outstanding job, and we are grateful! The garage door works smoothly, they reset the programming, fixed the bent pin (my fault), replaced the rollers (the garage is purring!), and gave it a full inspection and sprayed it with lubricant and cleaned it up. My garage door broke a spring. Precision charged me 4 times what Home Depot charges for the springs (springs come in pairs). Then there was the $65 non-negotiable inspection and $75 dollar labor charge. Over $500 to repair the broken spring(s). The service tech did a great job and was on-time and friendly. Just a little over the top on cost.
