Colton, with Precision Garage Door, came this afternoon very quickly to help with my garage door opener. Turns out the opener was just fine it was the remote that needed help. The kindness of the people on the phone and Colton seem to be rare these days. I'm very pleased with the service they provided!!!

I needed to have my garage door looked at because of some strange sounds. Precision was recommended to me. I was able to have an appointment later on the same day I called. Colton and Thomas arrived within the time frame I had been given, spent time looking over everything re the door, answered all my questions, gave me several options, and repaired everything that afternoon. The door is much more secure and operates much more quietly now. I appreciate the respect and professionalism that both of them gave me and the care they took in their repairs.
