The technician and a trainee came out quickly (within two hours!) to repair my garage door which would not open. The technicians couldn’t have been better to work with: knowledgeable, very pleasant, polite, thorough. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I will recommend Precision to my brother who recommended a different company. That company didn’t return my call promptly and, when they finally did, they couldn't do the repair for two days. That would have left my garage open for 3 nights, and that was making me nervous! Finally, the price for the repair from Precision was reasonable. Once again, using a BBB rating proved more accurate than the internet (but you CAN believe this review!)

I was offered 3 options which included "make everything perfect, fix current issue and anything potentially unsafe, or just fix whats broken now." I chose to make everything perfect. Colton was also very proficient and fast. I couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Your category below only allows me to select one purchased item, but I replaced everything. Springs, cables, beqrings, rollers, opener and and all its asssociated doohickies. Finally, my door malfunctioned late on Friday afternoon, and Colton was here before my appointment window on saturday. I strongly recomend these folks for any garage door needs.

Had a spring break and called precision door service, was able to tech out quickly. Colton evaluated all our doors replaced the broken spring and also found other door had to large a spring which affected the opener. Replace that spring also and tuned up all three doors. I had a wire come loose from my garage door, Colton did a great job explaining what would be needed, and was able to replace the rollers as well, as my poor door was squeaking like a haunted house experience. Also got a quote for replacement doors, with ideas on insulation differences and pros/cons. He also programmed my home link in my car as I had been struggling with a bad remote to try to program my car button and didn’t know it! Well done Colton, professional and kind service.
