We had a great experience using this business. They sent someone the same day and he was friendly and professional. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different options for fixing it. As he was fixing the primary problem, he realized a secondary issue (involving how the motor had been originally installed...not by them) might be contributing to it. He explained his concern and we let him fix that too for a very reasonable fee. That probably saved me another call in the future. It's working better than it has in a long while. Eric in Loveland: Agent was great who came out and was very thorough and explained everything in detail on what would be needed to maintain my garage in the future. Had multiple things done and they came out the same day and were prepared to fix everything on the spot. Work took about 3-4 hours and everything works great now. He did not push things, he just explained what would be needed to maintain and what he also thought minimum would be to fix problems.
