Initially, I had an emergency and searched for immediate help. Precision provides 24/7 garage door service. That was a plus and a surprise. I received excellent Customer Service, when I called. The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday afternoon and they sent a service person, Devon Decker, Tuesday morning. We thought we only needed to have the bottom seal on our garage door replaced, but after Devon checked it out, we needed a little more done. Devon explained everything that he saw that needed replaced and gave us a fair price. Our door was 22 years old and hadn't had a thing done with it in all those years! He was fast and efficient. I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours.
