Devon was excellent to work with. We were having trouble with our garage door binding when opening and closing. He took the time to cover all the issues the door had that caused the problem and review all options with me - thus I was able to determine the level of repair that fit our budget. He resolved the door binding issue and did so quickly. He cleaned up all debris and was done in less than an hour. Very professional.

I had an unfortunate accident with my garage door, leaving a garden tool in the rail that really did some major damage. This was on a Saturday. Called on a Saturday, where a representative answered immediately and had me set up with an appointment first thing Monday morning. Devon, who was the tech that came out, was right on time, knowledgeable, and had the entire job done within a few hours. I chose this company because of the existing reviews and very glad I did. Very quick and so far seems to be an excellent repair. Thank you!!

I’ve used Precision in the past. As before, they were able to come on short notice. Devon was able to adjust his schedule so he could see what needed to be done AND do it all in one morning. I had a new opener, keypad, bottom seal, and some wiring (I think) replaced. I’m amazed at how quiet the door has become plus the inner lighting of the garage and the ease of all the new equipment is amazing. Thanks for great work, Devon! (In the review categories below, you don’t allow for multiple items to be checked. That would be helpful, as this was a major repair.)

Devon did a great job of diagnosing, estimating and performing repairs on our 3 car garage. Devon explained symptoms and possible solutions. Care to detail was provided as he made significant improvements. I appreciate Devon’s service!

hello. I called to have an exterior keypad replaced. Devon was nice and polite and followed your corporate upselling spiel honorably. His work was fine. The $184 charge for lubricating and ?, which took him all of ten minutes is where you lost me. I can certainly understand a service call charge and even the mark-up on the new remote and pad. Congratulations on your extra $100, invest it wisely. I will never use you again for my five other properties and if my friends ask, well what can I say?

Our entire frame had previously been installed not on a level causing the track to separate from the wall. Devon gave me different options on the repairs and spent the time explaining how all the parts work. I decided to have the entire frame and other parts redone. Everything was completed the same day. Highly recommended!

Devon did a fantastic job! He provided us with great detail not only 1 option but 4 options for repairing our garage door. He then did the work quickly to get the work done so the door would work properly over the weekend until he could return earlly the next week to finish the repairs with the needed parts. I will highly reccomend Precision for any work you need done!

The guy that repaired our garage door was Devon Decker. He did an outstanding job. He even repaired some work that was done a few months ago by a different company. We will definitely refer your company to our friends and neighbors. There was not room to list all the parts we purchased. Here they are : Bottom rubber, reinforced metal bracket, rollers, struts, 8' rail, center bearing plate, precision heavy duty drums. and 2 torsion springs. Devon was very professional and he worked fast and explained everything to us. He cleaned up after himself very good. Thank you for a job well done, Carol Clary

Devon Decker was the tech that serviced my garage door. Although Precision Garage Door Service was 1st contacted for a suspected broken spring, it was found to be intact and functional. I perceived Devon to be a man of integrity and after his inspection of three doors authorized the spring and all related parts to be replaced regardless of it being operational. Ultimately parts will eventually fail at an inopportune time, Devon made the decision easy.

Devon was very knowledgeable and helpful on explaining the parts and mechanics of our old door. This info helped me decide on replacing rather than repairing and I’m looking forward to our new door.

This company is a pleasure to work with. Prompt attention and Devon, the technician, was very skilled at his work. I was able to choose the level of repairs I could afford at this time, and I appreciated this. Everything was explaned very clearly. I will have them back to complete everything else I need done, as well as the other garage doors that need attention.

We had a spring break after 21 years of service, it finally gave way. After 21 years we decided to replace springs, bearings, drums, rollers and install a new Genie opener. Devon was great in explaining what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. Devon was quite efficient in getting all of this work done and then explaining how all the new installation would work for us. We are very impressed with the new, extremely quiet garage door. Thank You Devon.

Devon Decker responded to my call to Precision right when expected and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very pleasant. He represented your company about as well as someone could and is the reason I will recommend your company to others. I was interested in the repair and replacement work he did so I watched much of it. He was excellent and the door now works better than it ever has. I am very happy with the result.

Hi, I was truly impressed with the quality of service and the expertise demonstrated by Devon, your technician assigned to my job. I have been in the trades for 53 years and have never encountered such a clear explanation of work needed and options offered. His workmanship was truly stellar and I really appreciated his demeanor and cheerfulness. A truly fine young man.Thank you for the work done. And I love my new closer and love how quiet it is. Thank you again. Ed Haimes

Fantastic service! Came within 24 hours of the door breaking and did all the repairs necessary to get our door working again. The Tech Devon was great and I really appreciate his repairing and not trying to upsell us, just simple high quality service. We even had him tune up our other door. Reasonable price too! Highly recommend.

Initially, I had an emergency and searched for immediate help. Precision provides 24/7 garage door service. That was a plus and a surprise. I received excellent Customer Service, when I called. The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. This was a nice touch. He then introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was thorough and told me my options upfront. He was very diligent about the work he was doing. I felt comfortable knowing he was on the job. He explained every step and took time to show me how a garage door operates. I highy recommend Devon if you need a kind and conscientous repairman. He wrote invoice for repairs and recommendations.

Many moving parts were worn out (bearings frozen, alignment problems, cable strands broken, etc). Devon did a thorough analysis, clearly explained 4 possible approaches with 4 different prices, answered all questions, and worked efficiently.

Precision Door Services set up an appointment for me the next business day after my call. Devon arrived during the appointed time and actually explained how garage doors work - not in a condescending or superior sort of way, but in a way I could understand. He provided 3 options for me to choose from and we agreed to start with the least expensive and if it didn't seem to have helped enough - to move on to the next option. He set to work right away and was efficient and thorough. He did a wonderful job.......and my garage door works better than it ever has! I am INCREDIBLY impressed with Devon!!!!! Thanks so much Devon!

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday afternoon and they sent a service person, Devon Decker, Tuesday morning. We thought we only needed to have the bottom seal on our garage door replaced, but after Devon checked it out, we needed a little more done. Devon explained everything that he saw that needed replaced and gave us a fair price. Our door was 22 years old and hadn't had a thing done with it in all those years! He was fast and efficient. After everything was updated, I couldn't believe how much more efficient and quiet our garage door opened! Devon definitely knew what he was talking about! I totally recommend you use Precision Garage Door Service if you need repairs or replacement for your door, and ask for Devon. He is the best!!
