Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Devon had it fixed Monday morning. We then decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old garage door opener, instead of adding more repairs. Devon was wonderfully communicative, professional, and so very helpful. Devon answered our many questions, walked us thru the options and installed the new opener the next day. Outstanding service! Devon Decker was fantastic. He reprogrammed and connected three remotes for us. A new Escalade was connected, I don’t think we would have been able to do without him. Scheduling was prompt. The receptionist who took my phone call was easy to understand and very courteous. Devon also performed maintenance on three doors and openers. We are very pleased.

Devon did an awesome job. He was courteous and very professional. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door because I had a broken spring. He weighed my garage door and my springs under sized for the weight of the door and the amount of use. The upsized springs were the same price which makes replacing a no-brainer. What an amazing company. Garage door broke last night at 2 AM. Called precision this morning at 7:30 and the technician, Devon was at my door by 9 AM. Not only did Devon explain to me what the issue was. He gave me three options of repairs from full replacement to small modifications. He was very conscientious of our budget and of course we went with the replacement option because we actually understood what the issue was.
