Called late morning with Devon arriving mid afternoon. Devon did a thorough evaluation, diagnosed the issues and gave me three options as far as extent of repairs he proposed. Devon was professional, educated me on the issues and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Thanks!

Devon came over and did a thorough inspection of our garage door. While the cost of repairs was high, the work was done quickly and expertly. Plus, they offer a 5 year warranty on their work.

I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours. The repair involved components that were 10-24 years old. Devon explained 3 options for repairs and the advantages of each option. He did an excellent job. I was grateful to have the repair done in such a timely manner.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Devon had it fixed Monday morning. We then decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old garage door opener, instead of adding more repairs. Devon was wonderfully communicative, professional, and so very helpful. Devon answered our many questions, walked us thru the options and installed the new opener the next day. I would give Devon 5 stars himself if I could. Thank you Precision and Devon for a great experience!!

Outstanding service! Devon Decker was fantastic. He reprogrammed and connected three remotes for us. A new Escalade was connected, I don’t think we would have been able to do without him. Scheduling was prompt. The receptionist who took my phone call was easy to understand and very courteous. Devon also performed maintenance on three doors and openers. We are very pleased.

Devon did an awesome job. He was courteous and very professional. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door because I had a broken spring. He weighed my garage door and my springs under sized for the weight of the door and the amount of use. The upsized springs were the same price which makes replacing a no-brainer. That's service to me. Other companies kept putting the same ones back on and they kept breaking. Thanks again Devon !!!

Devon was the technician who helped me with my issue and he was great from start to finish. He was an effective communicator, patient, respectful and made me feel both comfortable and understanding of the options I had and, ultimately that the repairs we agreed on were the best option. I would be happy to have him as my technician for work in the future.

We are very happy with Devin's replacing our garage door motors and replacing parts & springs. Our home is 27-years old and one of the motors burned up. Devin worked hard to get us up and running again with all garage doors. Devin explained our options and did good workmanship.

What an amazing company. Garage door broke last night at 2 AM. Called precision this morning at 7:30 and the technician, Devon was at my door by 9 AM. Not only did Devon explain to me what the issue was. He gave me three options of repairs from full replacement to small modifications. He was very conscientious of our budget and of course we went with the replacement option because we actually understood what the issue was. Devon was friendly, professional, and basically just did an awesome job. I highly recommend using this company. You will not be disappointed.

Devon at Precision did a great job on my garage door opener installation. I was able to get a quick appointment. The tech arrived within the 2-hour window I was given. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable. There was nothing left for me to clean up after he was finished. The product I selected works well for my needs. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
