Tyler was prompt and courteous. My garage door had not been looked at in 15 years so Tyler did a thorough inspection and told me what the door needed in the way of repair. He gave me a few options and got the work done quickly. I would recommend Tyler and Precision Garage Door to anyone needing garage door repair!

Had a great experience with this service. Tyler was quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, left my property as he found it. I will use this company again. I Highly recommend them. They have great warranty on repair work. Outstanding service from the initial call , to tech coming on site. No hidden fees, all clearly explained with options. I contacted different companies, many had no voice mail set up or were grumpy when answering the phone. I opted to go with them as a very friendly person answered the phone, and was able to pleasantly help me and fit me in their schedule. Tyler is great!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! The garage door spring snapped and I didn't want to open it. Precision was the 3rd company I called. As for the first two...one had a full mailbox and it was not possible to leave a message. The other was busy assisting other customers and wanted me to leave a message. Precision was available on the 2nd ring...a nice young lady (no voice switchboard). 90 minutes later the technicians arrived, replaced all the worn and broken parts after a through inspection, verified the door was adjusted properly, verified the door was working properly, quickly wrapped up and were gone. You guys took care of us on a minute's notice with top notch service, top notch parts, and at a good price nobody else could. Now that's what we call a "Great Company ". Thanks a million Tyler!

Your tech Tyler was good to call and tell me he would be at my home in 10 minutes and he was!! I appreciated his explaining the mechanism of my doors and why they behave as they do. I sure appreciate having them fixed and running smoothly .....our only glitch was that he didn't have a lite bulb but we found one in my collection that would work......Amber had told me that he would have one in the truck! Tyler gets 5 stars!!!!!
