Appointment was scheduled earlier than expected which was very helpful since the garage door was not operable. The time was earlier than expected which was also unexpected. The technician came to our house within 2 hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem with the door and the existing opener and fixed it cost efficiently over the course of the afternoon.
