We train our technicians to do a thorough and honest safety inspection of every door they encounter. Because yours was significantly older, there were many parts that were in need of repair or replacement. The $700 quote included everything that technically needed done, but we would have been happy to simply repair your springs as the next company did. William Fletcher was really great. He went above and beyond to assess our broken door and fix it. He gave me honest info on our options for replacing the opener. He was able to fix the chain issue we had and saved us from having to buy a whole new opener. Very fast response to my call. William did a “tuneup” on all 3 of my door openers, which are 40+ years old! They all sound so much quieter now.
