Scheduling a time for a technician to come was easy. The tech, William, was excellent: efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the door's problem, offered me options and fixed it. Precision Door Service Rep was very professional and I was very satisfied with the work he did. I explained to him that I wanted the garage door to be serviced, e.g., check any portion of the door that needed to be service to keep the door in a good functional operational capability. I also asked him to tell me if any parts of the to door will be needed to be replaced. He inspected the door and did the necessary required services to it and informed me that the garage railing balls may have to be replaced in the future because of wear and tear. Otherwise the present operational condition of the door is okay. .

I was very pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule us for the very next day after I called, even though it wasn't an emergency. William installed a keypad entry and replaced a broken safety sensor. He did great work and explained everything well. He also rebalanced and straightened our garage door, eliminating an open gap along the right edge of the garage door, without even being asked.

Precision was the only local area company to respond to our call on a holiday (despite other companies prominently advertising their availability "24/7"). Precision's technician William Fletcher professionally and promptly replaced our broken torsion spring and carried out other upgrades we requested. Problem with the opener belt tension on one side of the belt track. It was making lots of noise, so I knew there was something wrong. Precision replaced the entire belt/track assembly for me ... no charge, since it was still under warranty, 1.5 years after it was installed. He even had one on the truck! I am VERY happy with this company and the service provided.

We needed 2 side springs replaced. We called a few other places and they came out and told us we needed to replace the whole system since it was very old. The guy from Precision who repaired our springs did an excellent job for a great price. I would definitely recommend this company to do your garage opener repairs.

Incredible. Going to work today and noticed garage door spring was broken great. Went on line found precision read reviews sounds great. Called scheduled an appointment for the morning. Guess what never showed. Called back said forget it I will go with someone else. Had it scheduled with their competitor. Their manager called apologizing for the mistake said they would take care of it for no charge. I said “What”. Are you kidding me. This is Absolutely The best service I have ever experienced.
