I called precision to replace my garage door opener as I have used them to replace my springs a year ago. They scheduled me the same day. Their technician William called and told me that he could come earlier than scheduled. I can’t believe how professional and through he was . He went above and beyond with the quality of work he did , a real pleasure to see how neat and professional his work was. Appointment was scheduled earlier than expected which was very helpful since the garage door was not operable. The time was earlier than expected which was also unexpected. The phone call to inform me that the techs would be early was perfect. It really helped to know that, since I have 2 dogs to get arranged! Everything went perfectly.
