Quick, responsive and efficient. Adam was our technician and he did a great job explaining why things weren’t working properly and went above and beyond the service by tightening every screw so our garage door runs more smoothly. He even gave us tips on how to improve the quality of the system and keep it functioning properly in the future.

I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours. The repair involved components that were 10-24 years old. Devon explained 3 options for repairs and the advantages of each option. He did an excellent job. I was grateful to have the repair done in such a timely manner.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Devon had it fixed Monday morning. We then decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old garage door opener, instead of adding more repairs. Devon was wonderfully communicative, professional, and so very helpful. Devon answered our many questions, walked us thru the options and installed the new opener the next day. I would give Devon 5 stars himself if I could. Thank you Precision and Devon for a great experience!!

Outstanding service! Devon Decker was fantastic. He reprogrammed and connected three remotes for us. A new Escalade was connected, I don’t think we would have been able to do without him. Scheduling was prompt. The receptionist who took my phone call was easy to understand and very courteous. Devon also performed maintenance on three doors and openers. We are very pleased.

The service tech confirmed the appointment, arrived promptly, and after examining the door gave a description of the problems. He went over the options for fixing the broken garage door and did not pressure me on which choice I should make. He worked diligently and efficiently and completed the job within his estimated time. Noah is excellent representative of the company.

Devon did an awesome job. He was courteous and very professional. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door because I had a broken spring. He weighed my garage door and my springs under sized for the weight of the door and the amount of use. The upsized springs were the same price which makes replacing a no-brainer. That's service to me. Other companies kept putting the same ones back on and they kept breaking. Thanks again Devon !!!

Adam did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener, as well as, replacing most of the aging (really old!) parts on both of our garage doors. He thoroughly explained all of the options available for getting the job done, and each price point. He left the area nice and clean, and he had me check out the work he did. My garage door had a cable break, which caused the door to start going up unevenly. I called and got an appointment quickly. Talked to a real person. Noah was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. Due to several issues, I decided to get a new door. The price is much better than those I had been researching.

Great job by Noah. Was fast and professional and was very informative. My only surprise was how expensive the parts are now.
