Excellent service! I had been 'trapped' as my garage door only opened partially. When I called on Monday I had an appointment that afternoon with Brendan. I received an email with a picture of all the Technicians for safety reasons. He arrived on time. We went into the garage so I could show him the board that split. He advised it would take about 10 minutes to do an evaluation. It was an old door and made a LOT of noise. We went through the list and I decided to get a new door, opener, etc to protect me and my car. He came the next day and spent 5+ hours in 24 degree temps, always with a smile! Cleaned everything up. He showed me what I needed to know. still smiling! I got my detailed invoice, warranties, and evaluation when I opened my email the next day. Excellent service from beginning to end. No wonder Precision has an A+ rating with the BBB. Thank you!

Eric in Loveland: Agent was great who came out and was very thorough and explained everything in detail on what would be needed to maintain my garage in the future. Had multiple things done and they came out the same day and were prepared to fix everything on the spot. Work took about 3-4 hours and everything works great now. He did not push things, he just explained what would be needed to maintain and what he also thought minimum would be to fix problems. He made suggestions and I picked all the ones he felt needed attention.

Brett was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he took the time to look over everything and not just the broken spring. He explained the 3 options I had to consider, ranging from minimal cost to maximum cost; as well as explaining the warranty available with each option. He offered an estimate on how long it would take for the parts to come in; specifically the heavy springs needed for my wooden door. As soon as the parts were received, I had a phone call from Tyler to schedule the repairs. I'm happy to say that Brett was able to come out the next day and get all of the repairs done in a timely fashion. He then took time to explain the differences between the old and new parts, remind me of the warranty and asked if I had any otther questions. One of the reasons I initially chose Precision Door was because of the BBB rating.
