During the incredibly cold weather on Jan 15, I opened my garage door to go out and get the newspaper. Got it and hit the button to close the door and it would not close. It was below zero and snowing. I frantically text my neighbor (the kindest man in the universe) he came over to my house and got the door closed. I called several companies this morning. Precision was the first to offer to be here today between noon and 2:00. Colton has been here already and the door is working fine now. Many thanks for the prompt and professional work.

Wow. What an operation. Garage door broke late at night. Got a confirmation email and follow up call within hours. Got garage door fixed with in 24 hours is sub zero temp. Best part was technician called apon his arrival said he needed to get gas and was 10 minutes out and offered me a coffee from gas station. Are you kidding who does that? People who care and are good at what they do.

Brendan did an excellent job replacing my garage door opener, which died, it was at least 20 years old. He explained my options and got my new opener installed showed my how the new one worked along with the new keypad. 11-13/2023 I called precision garage door on Sunday afternoon that I had a garage door problem. They scheduled Cody Reed to come on Monday morning 11/13/2023 at 8AM TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. Cody arrived on time and inspected the garage door. I had a broken spring .cables frayed and a bad bearing. Cody fixed the door and was gone by 10 am. I am very happy with service provided by Precision garage door and there prompt service Steve Orner

I have just moved here from California and bought my house. The opener was the original when the house was built. It was extremely loud. I called to have someone give me an estimate. William came out and got here earlier than the appointment and good thing because I bought a new one after he gave me the estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. He had moved here from Southern California and was very informative on what to do and expect from my first winter. Precision is a great company and I highly recommend them.

One of our garage door springs broke on a Friday night. We called Precision Garage Doors on Saturday and they came out that afternoon. There was no extra charge for a weekend call, and the tech was very knowledgeble. The springs were replaced and a complete inspection was completed in about an hour. It was great to have our door repaired quickly and done very well. We will definately call Precision again if we need service.
