Our garage door broke a spring today. Wasn’t sure who to call so I found Precision on google and the fact that they were able to do same day service, helped my decision on contacting Precision. I got a hold of someone immediately and was able to set up an appointment time later in the day. I was also informed that if they had an opening earlier for one of there techs they would contact me to see if that would work. Maybe an hour later, I was contacted by Colton Deeney. He was able to come over and take care of our garage door. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he took care of the broken spring and some other issues associated with our 20-year old garage door. The technician came to our house within 2 hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem with the door and the existing opener and fixed it cost efficiently over the course of the afternoon. Brendan showed up on time and did a good, workmanlike job. I gave a four star rating, rather than 5, because the quote I received on the phone only reflected one spring replacement. I knew it would be advisable to replace both springs and assumed that Precision would do both. After some discussion with Brendan, we arrived at an acceptable price for the two springs , plus bearings at the ends of the shaft where the springs are mounted. I would recommend Precision (and Brendan) to friends, but caution that they make sure they have a detailed breakdown on the work.
