Appointment was scheduled earlier than expected which was very helpful since the garage door was not operable. The time was earlier than expected which was also unexpected. The phone call to inform me that the techs would be early was perfect. It really helped to know that, since I have 2 dogs to get arranged! Everything went perfectly.

I managed to back my car into my garage door before it was fully up and I knocked it off its tracks. I was very concerned about how precarious it was hanging, and that it was dangerous, because I could not lower the door. It was a Saturday, so I called several garage door companies, and nobody called me back. Precision is an awesome company! Colton did a fabulous job with the garage door it has never open & closed so smooth. Colton went above and beyond with all his work and all my questions. Our garage door broke a spring today. Wasn’t sure who to call so I found Precision on google and the fact that they were able to do same day service, helped my decision on contacting Precision. I got a hold of someone immediately and was able to set up an appointment time later in the day. I was also informed that if they had an opening earlier for one of there techs they would contact me to see if that would work. Maybe an hour later, I was contacted by Colton Deeney. The technician came to our house within 2 hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem with the door and the existing opener and fixed it cost efficiently over the course of the afternoon.
