I have just moved here from California and bought my house. The opener was the original when the house was built. It was extremely loud. I called to have someone give me an estimate. William came out and got here earlier than the appointment and good thing because I bought a new one after he gave me the estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. He had moved here from Southern California and was very informative on what to do and expect from my first winter. Precision is a great company and I highly recommend them.

One of our garage door springs broke on a Friday night. We called Precision Garage Doors on Saturday and they came out that afternoon. There was no extra charge for a weekend call, and the tech was very knowledgeble. The springs were replaced and a complete inspection was completed in about an hour. It was great to have our door repaired quickly and done very well. We will definately call Precision again if we need service.

Thank you Thomas, We had multiple issues that we needed guidance to correct. Thomas evaluated the situation and we discussed the solutions. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Thomas replaced all of the rollers, the left and right torsion springs and the end bearing set and knock out and center bearings. Honestly, the door opens and closes much more smoothly than it ever has with the added bonus of being much quieter. Thomas was quick and efficient, he left the place clean. Very professional and polite. Again, thanks Thomas and Precision. Judi and Ty

After doing battle with your competition for 14 months, I was thrilled with your service, your phone personnel, and the two techs who came to my rescue. I was very impressed with everyone's attention to detail and willingness to get the job done on time and properly. The techs were quite competent and "on the ball." I had been referrred to your company by a neighbor.

My garage doors are relatively new, but VERY heavy. The largest had started making some disconcerting creaking sounds. Thomas, with Precision Door, gave them a thorough inspection, corrected some issues made by the original installers (a different company), and then explained exactly what he had done. I now feel confident that the doors will be safe, and completely functional for a long time. Thanks Thomas! All that confidence was also very affordable.

Brendon did a great job repairing our garage door. He explained and showed us the several problems we had (broken spring, broken drone axle bearing, frayed cables, and loose wheel bearings). All repairs were efficiently made and now the door operates perfectly.

I called precision to replace my garage door opener as I have used them to replace my springs a year ago. They scheduled me the same day. Their technician William called and told me that he could come earlier than scheduled. I can’t believe how professional and through he was . He went above and beyond with the quality of work he did , a real pleasure to see how neat and professional his work was. If you need anything done with your garage door or opener call Precision Garage I can’t say enough about just how good they are. Mike Miller Fort Collins

I needed to have my garage door looked at because of some strange sounds. Precision was recommended to me. I was able to have an appointment later on the same day I called. Colton and Thomas arrived within the time frame I had been given, spent time looking over everything re the door, answered all my questions, gave me several options, and repaired everything that afternoon. The door is much more secure and operates much more quietly now. I appreciate the respect and professionalism that both of them gave me and the care they took in their repairs. Springs, bearings, center plate, shaft, rollers were purchased.

Brendan was professional, communicated very well and kept us up to speed on everything from arrival time, work to be performed and went out of his way to ensure the door was fixed properly and it was easy for us to coordinate the project. Precision impressed me the first time I saw them work at my neighbors and they did not disappoint when taking care of our door as well. Well Done!
