My garage door broke a spring. Precision charged me 4 times what Home Depot charges for the springs (springs come in pairs). Then there was the $65 non-negotiable inspection and $75 dollar labor charge. Over $500 to repair the broken spring(s). The service tech did a great job and was on-time and friendly. Just a little over the top on cost.

Showed up ahead of schedule and got it fixed. That is really good in today's world. The other company said they do not service my area anymore, even though the other company was the one that installed that door about 6 years ago.

Tech examined our opener and together we decided to replace it rather than repair. Tech replaced the opener, programmed all the remotes (including the outside keypad and Homelink in our car) and set up the wifi connection.
