Had an emergency situation when the garage door broke in the evening after hours and it wouldn't open. Had an appointment for surgery @ 9 a.m. the next morning. We called & Precision said a service man would be at our house between 6:00-8:00 a.m. Sure enough - he was very knowledge, courteous and explained what needed to be done (fairly extensive) and was finished in plenty of time for us to make the appt. Our technician Shawn was one very professional tech's. He arrived on time and completed his evaluation of the door issue within minuets of arriving. Even in the cold weather he completed the task at hand and not only once but twice verified the proper operation of the door and proper alignment of all components. Prices were competitive—and a good value. Customer service goes along way in my book—and it was not a warm day but he managed to do excellent work.
