I called today to schedule an appointment to replace the springs of my garage door and 2 hours later I had a technician at my door. Shawn called me 30 minutes before the appointment to ask me if he could come in 10 minutes, which it worked great for me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and caring about the customer's needs which it's extremely important to me. After the garage door inspection, he explained what he found wrong and we talked about different alternatives. Shawn patiently answered all my questions then changed the springs and tighten some of the hinges’ screws. He offered to come back if there were any problems with the springs or if I needed anything else. I am very impressed with his service and will highly recommend him and Precision Garage doors. Thank you Shawn and Precision Garage for going the extra mile :)

All I can say is their customer service is amazing!! We called them a month ago because a spring broke. They were out right away that day to fix it. The technician explained everything to me and we agreed on what would need to be done. It was not a high pressure up sale at all - which I appreciated! Then our wire on the side came undone. We called them again! Very impressed with the fact that Tyler understood that at this time - in the middle of a pandemic, we were not wanting to spend more money than necessary. He fixed our issue AND also corrected some things from the original install to keep the door running longer for absolutely free!! No joke! They just made me a customer for life and considering our door is 15 years old - we will be needing a new one soon! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Shawn called and asked if he could come early which was a plus for me. He arrived in 15 minutes. He offered to fix the broken bracket but between the two of us we decided the bracket and rollers needed replacing. After that Shawn gave the entire opener system a check-up. My neighbor was so impressed he called in and booked an appointment to replace his door rollers with Shawn right after he had completed my work.

Had an emergency situation when the garage door broke in the evening after hours and it wouldn't open. Had an appointment for surgery @ 9 a.m. the next morning. We called & Precision said a service man would be at our house between 6:00-8:00 a.m. Sure enough - he was very knowledge, courteous and explained what needed to be done (fairly extensive) and was finished in plenty of time for us to make the appt.
