Excellent service. Evaluated and repaired the same day I called. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being “up-sold” anything I didn’t need.

Precision was very responsive and efficient. William Fletcher, the technician with whom we worked, was great. He was exactly on time. He reviewed the diagnosis and options very clearly. And he finished the job in about an hour. He was very professional and courteous. I am impressed with both William and Precision, and if ever I need garage door help again, they will get my business. Thank you!

My garage door is working smoothly now and Sean installed a handy keypad. I will recommend Precision to anyone looking for quality garage door service.

These guys were awesome to work with. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. We discovered the broken spring when I was heading out for lunch. William had the door working by the end of the day. William performed an inspection of all the door components and fully informed us of what was critical to fix immediately as well as some maintenance issues that were important. We highly recommend Precision to anyone needing work done on overhead garage doors.

I recently moved into a new home and the garage door was noisy and had an alarming "shimmy" as it operated. I found Precision Garage Door via a Google search and was pleased they were able to offer same day service. The technician, Nick, was friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested what should be fixed right away but didn't "hard sell" me on repairs that could wait. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them back when I'm ready for further garage door service.

I very much appreciated your phone statement about precautions you take concerning the virus. Also appreciated was your coming the same day, very punctually, and getting the door functioning while I plan the next move.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Fort Collins! I called them in a panic with an emergency...the receptionist was amazing! Even though they were booked for the day, she reached out to her supervisor to see if he could figure something out. He called me personally and said he would send a technician over. Shawn had the problem fixed in no time! He explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you so much Shawn and staff at Precision Garage Door Fort Collins!

What a great job Sean & Ben did for me. They came out to give me an estimate on fixing the garage door and installing a new opener and 2 hours later I had a new opener and the old garage door with new rollers and springs and wiring. They were professional and very direct about what was needed to make this a good functioning and safe garage door. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Service was great -- from Lindsay, fielding initial contact to Tyler, who arrived and did the work. Response was terrific -- we live in a mountain town about 50 miles from Ft Collins and Tyler was there in approximately 1 1/2 hrs. and replaced a broken opener. We have a good experience with Precision (permanent residence in Florida) and were delighted to have found Precision so close. We're Precision customers for life!
