I happened to see their truck in the neighborhood as I was calling another company because the garage door spring broke so I thought I would give them a try. Luck had it they were able to respond in less than 2 hours and made all the repairs on first visit. Tech was professional and explained everything well.

All we requested was to connect two new additional garage door openers that were identical to the one we now use. Both the current remote and garage door opener worked well with no service issues. The service technician that arrived refused to connect the two new identical remotes. Instead he proposed replacing the garage door opener motor, springs, etc for $1000!!! When we complained that all we wanted was to have the new remotes connected, he said it was impossible and that he would have to do repairs that were wither $700, $900, or $1000. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR UPSELLING BUSINESS PLAN AND ATTITUDE!!!!!

Had a spring break and called precision door service, was able to tech out quickly. Colton evaluated all our doors replaced the broken spring and also found other door had to large a spring which affected the opener. Replace that spring also and tuned up all three doors. Noah arrived ahead of 10/13 window. Verified condition of all hardware and started analysis of control system. Problem was door not closing with operator. Checked both safety sensors and motor controls. Replaced safety sensors first given age of operator. Appeared to solve problem. Checked all wiring connections and tested system operation numerous time to verify problem was corrected. Noah was knowledgeable about the older operator system and vey easy to work with.

I had a wire come loose from my garage door, Colton did a great job explaining what would be needed, and was able to replace the rollers as well, as my poor door was squeaking like a haunted house experience. Also got a quote for replacement doors, with ideas on insulation differences and pros/cons. He also programmed my home link in my car as I had been struggling with a bad remote to try to program my car button and didn’t know it! Well done Colton, professional and kind service.
