Brendan and Isaac were very courteous, professional and hard working. They completed the job quickly and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Except for a dent in my old garage door, I thought it worked just fine. My new door works so much better. Love it!!

Devon was excellent to work with. We were having trouble with our garage door binding when opening and closing. He took the time to cover all the issues the door had that caused the problem and review all options with me - thus I was able to determine the level of repair that fit our budget. He resolved the door binding issue and did so quickly. He cleaned up all debris and was done in less than an hour. Very professional.

I just sold my home and bought another more for my needs. I needed a couple of remotes, so I call Precision who was listed on Google. I am amazed that I got an appointment for the very next day and the tech was here on time and went right to work on my door. The young man they sent was very nice and pleasant and knew his job well. I can gladly recommend Precision Door Service for their kindness, knowledge, and courteousness.

I had an unfortunate accident with my garage door, leaving a garden tool in the rail that really did some major damage. This was on a Saturday. Called on a Saturday, where a representative answered immediately and had me set up with an appointment first thing Monday morning. Devon, who was the tech that came out, was right on time, knowledgeable, and had the entire job done within a few hours. I chose this company because of the existing reviews and very glad I did. Very quick and so far seems to be an excellent repair. Thank you!!

Outstanding service! Explained options on a new opener, and the pros and cons of waiting. No pressure just facts and great discussion. Bryan, my service tech was great a 5 out of 5. Thank you!

I was very pleased with Bryan my serviceman. He was polite and took the time to explain everything he was doing so we could understand. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I was pleased with his prompt service and the phone call saying when he would be here. I chose Precision because of their customer ratings and professional website. I would definitely call them again. Now that I look further at the website I am disappointed I was not offered the military or senior discount because I qualified for both.

I’ve used Precision in the past. As before, they were able to come on short notice. Devon was able to adjust his schedule so he could see what needed to be done AND do it all in one morning. I had a new opener, keypad, bottom seal, and some wiring (I think) replaced. I’m amazed at how quiet the door has become plus the inner lighting of the garage and the ease of all the new equipment is amazing. Thanks for great work, Devon! (In the review categories below, you don’t allow for multiple items to be checked. That would be helpful, as this was a major repair.)

Usually people send comments because they are unsatisfied. These guys did an awesome job I could stop with my garage now works. but they were friendly, respectful of the cat, left the work site clean. the shared knowledge of the parts and working operations of the door. sounds simple but its not. they took the time and I picked up gems. Over all good job Also I have a reverance for springs. It is stored energy. If released to rapidly I cant guarantee survival. These guys took that life thretening scenerio off my hands. They handeled it with Precision and skill. Thank you

Brendan was timely, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain our issue and how the door works and what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options, he didn't pressure us about doing the most expensive thing, which was nice. We ended up getting the full list taken care of, but not without knowing what our options were. His truck was painted/logo'd and the whole experience gave us confidence our door would work right after the service.

We have had Precision come to our house for two unrelated situations with our garage. On both occasions the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, gave great advice, and were efficient with their services. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage repairs or installations. William and his team were especially phenomenal.

Jack Hayslip was very professional. He explained in detail issues with various components of the garage door system. He pointed out weak spots, and also cited that the garage door was still in good shape. He thoroughly explained everything he replaced. We would certainly recommend both technician Jack and Precision Garage Door Company. Very pleased with his work.
