Tech examined our opener and together we decided to replace it rather than repair. Tech replaced the opener, programmed all the remotes (including the outside keypad and Homelink in our car) and set up the wifi connection. All done within a few hours of our first call to Precision Garage Door. Thanks Colton!

We had a great experience using this business. They sent someone the same day and he was friendly and professional. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different options for fixing it. As he was fixing the primary problem, he realized a secondary issue (involving how the motor had been originally installed...not by them) might be contributing to it. He explained his concern and we let him fix that too for a very reasonable fee. That probably saved me another call in the future. It's working better than it has in a long while. Brett came out and quickly identified the problem causing the garage door to malfunction. He took time to educate me about my garage door, the various components of the door, positives and negatives of this type door, potential problems, things I can do to help it work efficiently, and maintenance that I can perform to extend the life of the parts.
