Excellent service. I contacted Precision Garage Door about a problem with our two garage doors in the morning and had a technician at the house by lunchtime. The tech, Brendan, quickly diagnosed the problems and recommended the appropriate solutions. By mid-afternoon, we had two garage doors that were working perfectly. Everything was thoroughly explained, and all of our questions were answered. I very highly recommend this local business.

Gary is professional and courteous. When I called to make the appointment it was about the chain and loud noises the door was making when going up and down . Gary took his time and pictures so I could see the problems that were happening. It was an old unit, surprised it lasted as long as it did. He had everything on his truck, instead of having to wait 2 weeks for completion. Very pleased with his work and love the new quiet opener. Would definitely recommend this company and Gary.

My garage door opener had been making this terrible sound and it sounded like it was getting worse. My neighbor gave me Precision Garage Door as someone to call because he used Precision. Amazing customer service and job well done. They were able to come out the same day. Jack, the technician, was five star all the way. He did a full inspection of my garage door and then thoroughly went through everything with me. He gave me multiple options to choose from, depending on how much I wanted him to do. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive option. He completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through everything and verifying the job was done right. Can’t say enough good things about him. When one of my garage doors needs service again, I know who I will be calling. Thanks again!

Precision was referred by a friend and he was 100% correct. From the initial phone call until the technician drove away I was informed of every thing that was happening. After the tech inspected my system he told me what his "plan of attack" was and started to work. My old system was not conventional and was originally scratch built 47+ yrs ago. After removing the old system the tech " fabricated" a new system and installed it. After the installation the tech checked out everything, even my 5 remotes. The entire process was more complicated than I had thought and the price was still cheaper than a "off the shelf" model. Will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

Our garage door suddenly stopped working, so I scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service online. The booking process was quick and easy, and I was able to get an appointment that same afternoon. The communication from Precision Garage Door Service was outstanding from start to finish. I received a text message with Jacob's photo and information about when to expect him, which was very reassuring. Jacob also called before arriving and showed up right on time. After assessing the problem, Jacob thoroughly explained the issues with our garage door. Our garage door opener was nearly 20 years old and had completely failed. In addition to replacing the opener, the door springs also needed to be replaced. He provided a clear quote, answered my questions, and once I approved the work, he got started right away. He estimated the repairs would take a couple of hours, and that timeline was accurate. Toward the end of the project, Noah came to assist, and both technicians were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the repairs, tested everything thoroughly, and cleaned up all materials before leaving. The new garage door opener is incredibly quiet, and we love the added convenience of the MyQ app. We can now use our cell phones to open and close the garage door, in addition to the new remotes that came with the system. As first responders, we also greatly appreciated the discount that Precision Garage Door Service provided. It was a thoughtful gesture and another example of their commitment to customer service. I replaced my garage door opener in December, but had problems twice with the remote. I found the process of getting the issue resolved was easy. I was able to schedule appointments online, the technicians showed up on time and were thorough and courteous. They found my remote was part of a bad batch from the manufacturer. They replaced the remote, made sure everything was in good working order, and covered everything under warranty. I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

I was referred by a neighbor to your company, so I made the call to schedule the service appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and thorough in answering my questions. I was given a window of 8-10, and they called me to inform me that they were on their way and how far away they were. They arrived a few minutes early. They ran through the test and came back with why it wasn’t working I went out to review everything with Noah, the technician. He explained everything in detail and documented the entire process. He also showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I had hoped that if the spring and the drums were fixed and working properly, the motor would still be good. Unfortunately, after all the work, the motor had to be replaced as well. He came with all the tools and parts and it didn’t take long at all. Noah was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything looks great and works great! I am truly impressed, it was quick and seamless.
