One of our garage door springs broke on a Friday night. We called Precision Garage Doors on Saturday and they came out that afternoon. Thank you Thomas, We had multiple issues that we needed guidance to correct. Thomas evaluated the situation and we discussed the solutions. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Thomas replaced all of the rollers, the left and right torsion springs and the end bearing set and knock out and center bearings. Honestly, the door opens and closes much more smoothly than it ever has with the added bonus of being much quieter. Thomas was quick and efficient, he left the place clean. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs.
