Bryan was a good communicator before, during and at final inspection. His evaluation of all 3 garage doors identified issues that needed to be taken care of today. He also provided an itemized list and $estimate of future needs for 2 doors. All 3 are the original 60 yr-old heavy wooden doors!. He replaced rollers on all 3 doors and springs on one, and performed lube and tune on all doors as well as adjusting the safety sensors on 1 door. Technically he was very good, courteous and professional, and eager to do an outstanding job. After he left I was disappointed to find gobs of lubricant/oil left on the concrete floor at the bottom of each rail. I’ll clean it up or the oily substance will be tracked into the house by my dogs and me. A drop cloth or piece of cardboard routinely placed under each rail before lube and tune begins will solve this issue. I feel confident that this won’t happen again with Bryan.

My garage door opener had been making this terrible sound and it sounded like it was getting worse. My neighbor gave me Precision Garage Door as someone to call because he used Precision. I called, made an appointment and the gentleman fixed the door. The door opens without the loud noise I had in the past.

They had worked on our garage when we moved in 4 years ago and did a great job then and a great job now. We had been experiencing occasional problems with the garage door and new wheels and new little camera lights ( I can't remember the name for that) will make a major difference. Thomas came out to service our garage door (broken spring). He was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little surprised at the high price. I didn't expect it to be as much as it was (and, we didn't even do all that was recommended. That would have priced us out). To be fair, we haven't had a repair on our garage door for years (and that was at another house), so I don't have much to compare it with. When asked, the tech even said they were a little on the high side compared with other companies. However, the service was very good and the tech was very considerate and responsive to our needs.

Brett was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he took the time to look over everything and not just the broken spring. He explained the 3 options I had to consider, ranging from minimal cost to maximum cost; as well as explaining the warranty available with each option. He offered an estimate on how long it would take for the parts to come in; specifically the heavy springs needed for my wooden door. As soon as the parts were received, I had a phone call from Tyler to schedule the repairs. I'm happy to say that Brett was able to come out the next day and get all of the repairs done in a timely fashion. He then took time to explain the differences between the old and new parts, remind me of the warranty and asked if I had any otther questions. One of the reasons I initially chose Precision Door was because of the BBB rating. Based on my experiences with Brett, I plan to reach back out to Precision Door when I have any additional issues with my garage door. Thanks for having such pleasant people to work with.

Brendan showed up on time and did a good, workmanlike job. I gave a four star rating, rather than 5, because the quote I received on the phone only reflected one spring replacement. I knew it would be advisable to replace both springs and assumed that Precision would do both. After some discussion with Brendan, we arrived at an acceptable price for the two springs , plus bearings at the ends of the shaft where the springs are mounted. I would recommend Precision (and Brendan) to friends, but caution that they make sure they have a detailed breakdown on the work.

Cheerful and courteous service person. I have a garage double door which has one long enclosed main spring. That spring broke. I called them late on a Sunday night and they arrived the next day at noon. The price was higher than I expected. However, it works well and I now have have an easier system to service with a two spring system. It took about 2 hours to replace everything.
