Wow. What an operation. Garage door broke late at night. Got a confirmation email and follow up call within hours. Got garage door fixed with in 24 hours is sub zero temp. Best part was technician called apon his arrival said he needed to get gas and was 10 minutes out and offered me a coffee from gas station. Are you kidding who does that? Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. My garage door broke a spring. Precision charged me 4 times what Home Depot charges for the springs (springs come in pairs). Then there was the $65 non-negotiable inspection and $75 dollar labor charge. Over $500 to repair the broken spring(s). The service tech did a great job and was on-time and friendly. Just a little over the top on cost.

Excellent service! I had been 'trapped' as my garage door only opened partially. When I called on Monday I had an appointment that afternoon with Brendan. I received an email with a picture of all the Technicians for safety reasons. He arrived on time. We went into the garage so I could show him the board that split. He advised it would take about 10 minutes to do an evaluation. It was an old door and made a LOT of noise. We went through the list and I decided to get a new door, opener, etc to protect me and my car. He came the next day and spent 5+ hours in 24 degree temps, always with a smile! Cleaned everything up. He showed me what I needed to know. still smiling! I got my detailed invoice, warranties, and evaluation when I opened my email the next day. Excellent service from beginning to end.
