Had a door that needed to be repaired quickly. Heard about Precision from the NextDoor app where reviews were positive. Called several other companies but Precision could be at our house within three hours (actually arrived an hour earlier!) where the others would have been later or the next day. The individual who took my call was very professional, courteous, and helpful; as was Brendan, the repair specialist who did a thorough job, was efficient, and very respectful. Highly recommend Precision.

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Fort Collins. My first experience was great so when another aging garage door opener and door parts needed replacing I looked no further. My tech, Brendan was courteous, professional and clean. He presented up front pricing, installed the new parts quickly and cleanly. I would not use anyone else for garage door install or repair.

Brandon was very friendly, thorough and successful in addressing the repair of our garage door. I appreciate that he communicated his recommendations clearly, including the opportunity to add or remove optional items from quoted project cost at the start of work. After three hours, the garage door went from non-functional to the most smooth and quiet opening and closing it has ever exhibited. Thank you!

I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning because our garage door wasn’t working, and they were able to get us in same day. Brendan was the technician who came out, and he was wonderful to work with. I was running a little late from work, and he was very flexible—graciously adjusting to meet me about 20 minutes later than originally scheduled. When he arrived, he was professional, kind, and even made a great impression on our kitty, who greeted him right away and kept coming back to say hello. Brendan did a fantastic job fixing the garage door, and now it works perfectly. I highly recommend both the company and Brendan’s services—he was great!

Thank you for great customer service. I received a phone call saying you were on the way in 15-20 minutes; right on. Garage door springs, bearing, drums, rollers and bearing plate all replaced satisfactorily. Very happy that I could make an appointment the night before, late, and get and get on right away the next day. Keep up the good work. Will definitely call you again if needed.

Yes Brandon was very professional & took the time to explain everything I asked. He gave me 3 quotes to consider & I picked the middle one as the right choice for me. I'm happy with the work he did & the appreciate the Veterans discount I was given. I'm also pleased there is a 3 yr warranty now on my garage door. Thank you, Dan / Loveland,CO 80537

The springs and wires on my old garage door broke one afternoon and I called several places but Precision was the first to answer and they came over to my house within the next hour. Sadly, it was an expensive fix - my garage door was very, very old and it was recommended to replace the full door and system (my old door did not have the traditional spring above). I went ahead with this and they were able to get me in the next week. Thankfully, in the meantime they also helped me get my car out of the my garage since it was stuck in there after the door broke. When they came out the next week the installer was professional and even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when he started. It works great and was well worth the money.
