I feel blindsided, I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to give me a “free quote” on a garage door repair. The service man was very pleasant but quoted me about $300 more than other quotes I had gotten. He was only here for about 15 minutes and when I let him know I was not going to proceed with the service he charged me a $65 service fee just for coming to give me the quote. When I called customer service they claimed to have told me this before and proceeded to say they could not give me a refund. Every other garage door company that came out before Precision, did not charge me for a quote. I will not be ever be using precision nor recommending them to anyone in the future.

Precision has now replaced my whole 23-year-old system. I was happy with their service when they replaced the springs a couple of years ago, and the installer warned me that the opener could go out at any time. When it finally did yesterday, Brendon came today to install a new motor and rollers. He was friendly and polite and the new equipment works well. I'm happy with the company and their employees.

When our garage door failed it came at a bad time, which is probably typical. Precision Garage door sent technicians out within 24 hours and our garage door was working right away. Precision came out 4 years ago and replaced the rollers and spring and this time the motor. Both times the tech was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and upfront. Brendan did a great job.
