I was totally displeased with cost and recommendations by the tech. first of all you charge $65 for the visit and recommended more things to be replaced then needed to be. You are no better than a bad auto mechanic. The $65 included a total assessment but I never received it in writing when the tech said he would. You tried to compensate for the high prices you were charging by offering a $300 discount off of $800. Well, guess what, I had another garage repair come today for the same work and he only charged me $375 total. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

While Noah quoted you for just the springs and bearings as you requested- he felt your door was in need of further repair to operate safely. The confusion on price may have come from the many options Noah gave you- from a temporary fix, to a full repair. We love our customers- but don't want them to have to see us monthly as we return to repair the other worn components. Our promise is to fix it the correct way, the first time. Anything less is a disservice to you.
