Many moving parts were worn out (bearings frozen, alignment problems, cable strands broken, etc). Devon did a thorough analysis, clearly explained 4 possible approaches with 4 different prices, answered all questions, and worked efficiently.

Precision Door Services set up an appointment for me the next business day after my call. Devon arrived during the appointed time and actually explained how garage doors work - not in a condescending or superior sort of way, but in a way I could understand. He provided 3 options for me to choose from and we agreed to start with the least expensive and if it didn't seem to have helped enough - to move on to the next option. He set to work right away and was efficient and thorough. He did a wonderful job.......and my garage door works better than it ever has! I am INCREDIBLY impressed with Devon!!!!! Thanks so much Devon!

Very satisfied customer...Adam was very thorough in the diagnosis of our old opener and then explaining the cost and risk of repairing versus replacement. Adam was very efficient at installing the opener, he is a very good representative for your company. Thanks...

Colton was very friendly and helpful. He kept in touch with me prior to his arrival. Completed the work as promised by the company. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service for future needs. Precision was willing to give me an estimate prior to coming out based on how I described what I needed done, replacing the weather strips on each side and top of the garage door. That was exactly what I was looking for, so I scheduled service with them and I'm very pleased.

Precision Garage door installed a new garage door for a neighbor. When I had an opener problem I called them. After solving my controller issues Willam inspected by 25 year old garage doors. He determined what I knew that I needed new doors. William did a great job and provided a fair price for our new doors.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday afternoon and they sent a service person, Devon Decker, Tuesday morning. We thought we only needed to have the bottom seal on our garage door replaced, but after Devon checked it out, we needed a little more done. Devon explained everything that he saw that needed replaced and gave us a fair price. Our door was 22 years old and hadn't had a thing done with it in all those years! He was fast and efficient. After everything was updated, I couldn't believe how much more efficient and quiet our garage door opened! Devon definitely knew what he was talking about! I totally recommend you use Precision Garage Door Service if you need repairs or replacement for your door, and ask for Devon. He is the best!!

Noah did a great job in inspecting and recommending solutions, and also explaining what he found to my wife and I. One of the issue he found was the garage door was not level and corrected that which made a huge difference in the floor seal, which he also replaced. Noah was very professional and courteous, and made us feel like valued customers. I would highly recommend Precision and Noah for all your garage door needs!

Today was our appointment with your company to come and take a look at our garrage door as it was making noises that did not sound good. A young technician named Adam came to our house promptly on time as scheduled and observed our garage door situation. He explained to me what was happening with the spring, bearings and rollers on our door so it was clear to me what was going on. He gave me an estimate and my choice of different options backed by warranties. We opted for five year warranty procedure. And ask him to proceed with the repair. He was very clean with his work timely and professional. I also ask him to install a key pad system on the outside of the door for access. He did a beautiful job for us. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone with a door issue.

Noah with Precision Garage Door arrived in a timely manner and was very courteous. He immediately started to work on the garage door. We were so impressed with the work he did, we decided to have him fix the other door. He started on that door immediately and finished up quickly. We are happy with the work that was done. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Fort Collins and especially Noah.

I had another company install a new garage door opener, springs and rollers. My garage door failed at least 5 times over the last year so I decided to change companies. I called Precision and asked for an evaluation of the machine I had or do I need another new one, I needed a working garage door. Within 10 minutes I was told the problem was the spring that was installed, it was for a 9 foot and I had an 8 foot door. So I had the right springs installed, it now runs smooth and quiet. I'm impressed and will take the wrong springs back to the other company and leave a review for them.
