I called Precision Garage Door at 4:45 Friday afternoon because my garage door spring broke. They were able to schedule a technician to come at 8 am the next morning, Saturday. (When my garage door broke previously, another well-known company took a week to send a technician.) The technician evaluated the problem immediately, recommended which parts needed replacing for the long-term maintenance of my large garage door, explained the problems clearly to me, and quickly completed the work. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality and professionalism of work by Precision Garage Door!

I had to have just about everything replaced, belt, drum, bearings, cable, garage door opener. My old opener was installed in 1992, so I have to say it was past its prime! First, I received a text notifying me who the repairman was, Noah, his name, picture, and Bio on him. When he arrived, he explained everything, looked at my garage door opener, and explained different options I had for repairs. After the repairs were made, he programmed my vehicle so I could open the garage door without the remote. He asked if I had any questions, gave me all the literature, etc. While it was expensive for my budget, I feel it was money well spent for a quality job. It has a 5 year warranty and my technician is available to answer any questions. Also, in case I forget the company name, it is posted right below the opener.

Fantastic service! Came within 24 hours of the door breaking and did all the repairs necessary to get our door working again. The Tech Devon was great and I really appreciate his repairing and not trying to upsell us, just simple high quality service. We even had him tune up our other door. Reasonable price too! Initially, I had an emergency and searched for immediate help. Precision provides 24/7 garage door service. That was a plus and a surprise. I received excellent Customer Service, when I called. The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. This was a nice touch. He then introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was thorough and told me my options upfront. He was very diligent about the work he was doing. I felt comfortable knowing he was on the job. He explained every step and took time to show me how a garage door operates. I highy recommend Devon if you need a kind and conscientous repairman. He wrote invoice for repairs and recommendations.

Colton was AMAZING!!!! He was very knowledgable and came the same day we called. We have been having an issue with our gargage door eye sensors (and the CO sunshine hitting them) for the past few years. This has been such a frustration for me, when trying to leave my house, and the garage door is acting up! Colton helped diagnose the problem, and gave us options for how to proceed. Then he let us decide what option was right for us. Definitely will use this company again (and request Colton). Very professional and responsive company. They came out quickly, they kept us apprised of when they would arrive, and their final invoice was almost all the cost of parts (very small labor charge). Plus they are nice guys and obviously knowledgeable about how to fix a garage door! We will be sticking with them going forward. They were out here last in 2016 - pretty good record!

Contacted precision for a double size garage door tune-up. Adam called before arriving and and arrived on time as promised. Inspected my door and gave me options and estimates and explained everything as we moved forward. We agreed on a service option and price and the work was done very timely. Adam explained everything again after the work was done and explained why the door was working so much better and quieter. Very happy and would recommend this company.

Same day service! Our spring coil snapped! Our vehicles were stuck inside the garage. Adam came out, conducted a full inspection on both garage doors, and then throughly walked us through options with cost (about 5 options to choose from). He was nothing short of prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time with us as this was the first time we as homeowners had gone through a repair and inspection. He had everything on his truck to make the repairs and used high quality and durable parts (much better than the current/old parts). I'm Trevor and Adam was my technician. One of my springs broke on my double garage door. Set an appointment online yesterday for 10 -12. Adam called and said he had a cancelation for 8am and if it was ok to come earlier. That was perfect and Adam got to my house quick and talked me thru everything. When I told him what I wanted done he got right to work and finished quickly and did an amazing job .Adam was very professional thru everything. Would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door help.
