He went over the options for fixing the broken garage door and did not pressure me on which choice I should make. He worked diligently and efficiently and completed the job within his estimated time. Devon did an awesome job. He was courteous and very professional. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door because I had a broken spring. He weighed my garage door and my springs under sized for the weight of the door and the amount of use. The upsized springs were the same price which makes replacing a no-brainer. That's service to me. Other companies kept putting the same ones back on and they kept breaking. Thanks again Devon !!!

From the estimate to the installation of the garage door everything went smoothly. Drew and Tyler were excellent went they came out to give me an estimate. They listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. Isaac installed my new door today. He did a fantastic job. Took his time and made sure everything was done the way it should be. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He definitely knows his job. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door installation or maintenance.

Colton introduced himself in a friendly manner, explained the process in which he would proceed diagnosing the problems with my garage door and gave me my options in a way that even I could understand it. He had everything he needed for repairs on the truck. I chose what I wanted done, and he went to work. The results are amazing. He updated the door mechanisms and turned a noisy, jittery door into a quiet, smooth, like-new garage door. Colton is professional, empathetic, and efficient.
