Your tech, Colton, was not only the nicest person, but he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home. I called them and they had someone out here the very same day. The tech told me the problems and we agreed that certain things needed to be taken care of. A price was stated, the work was agreed upon and the work was completed and the garage door is fixed. It does not get better than that.

Once again, we had a great experience having our garage door repaired by Precision! Tyler returned my email request for a service appointment and sent a technician out right away. Brett came on a very cold day, was friendly and professional, and provided quality service for us. He had to put both cables back in place and he replaced the bearings. The door is now running smoother than it had been. We really appreciate him braving the frigid temperature to help us out! We had a great experience using this business. They sent someone the same day and he was friendly and professional. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different options for fixing it. As he was fixing the primary problem, he realized a secondary issue (involving how the motor had been originally installed...not by them) might be contributing to it. He explained his concern and we let him fix that too for a very reasonable fee. That probably saved me another call in the future. It's working better than it has in a long while. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Brett came out and quickly identified the problem causing the garage door to malfunction. He took time to educate me about my garage door, the various components of the door, positives and negatives of this type door, potential problems, things I can do to help it work efficiently, and maintenance that I can perform to extend the life of the parts. He was able to quickly fix the problem and then performed some additional maintenance on the door. Brett is a great guy who communicates on a level that is easy to understand. I will always ask for him if I ever have problems again! Brett and Precision have my highest rating!!

Garage door was damaged around 11:15am. Colton showed up around 1:30pm and got the door functioning safely by 2:15pm. Great service, polite and efficient. Panel needs to be ordered and replaced, but door is functioning as it should until panal arrives.

Precision responded over the weekend and got out here quickly. Brett was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and proactively replaced some frayed cables and other parts that were on the brink of failure. He made our 20 year old door like new again. I highly recommend.

Brett was very professional and super nice and cheerful despite it being -11 degrees when he arrived. Explained the problem, provided a quote and did a great job repairing. Did not push anything on me, but suggested what would be ideal. In addition to the broken spring he installed new rollers, which were recommended, but not required. Immediately noticed how much smoother and quieter the door is with the new rollers. Excellent all around.

There are several reasons why this business is highly rated. Your receptionist was helpful and courteous. The service technician, Brendan, has actually repaired both of our garage doors now. In both situations, he was punctual and very professional. He quickly assessed our needs and explained what needed to happen. Brendan worked diligently in the freezing cold to get the job done. We now have 2 doors that work nicely and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you all!!

Excellent service! I had been 'trapped' as my garage door only opened partially. When I called on Monday I had an appointment that afternoon with Brendan. I received an email with a picture of all the Technicians for safety reasons. He arrived on time. We went into the garage so I could show him the board that split. He advised it would take about 10 minutes to do an evaluation. It was an old door and made a LOT of noise. We went through the list and I decided to get a new door, opener, etc to protect me and my car. He came the next day and spent 5+ hours in 24 degree temps, always with a smile! Cleaned everything up. He showed me what I needed to know. still smiling! I got my detailed invoice, warranties, and evaluation when I opened my email the next day. Excellent service from beginning to end. No wonder Precision has an A+ rating with the BBB. Thank you!
