Excellent service, very knowledgable, polite, speedy. Arrived on time and the repair was done the same day. Answered all my questions and discussed work to be done before starting the job. I'm way more impressed with Precision than with a previous garage door company who will remain un-named.

From placing a phone call to coming to our home to reprogram our garage door remotes, was absolutely great! Absolutely incredible service! I couldn't be more pleased! Your tech, Colton, was not only the nicest person, but he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home. He looked at my broken garage door, explained what was in good condition, what needed to be repaired and what wasn't a priority at this time. He never once pushed or "oversold". After giving me the facts and the price, I was able to make an educated decision on his recommendations and he completed the work that same afternoon. I highly recommend Precision and especially Colton! Thank you for your time and expertise! Kathy H.

I called them and they had someone out here the very same day. The tech told me the problems and we agreed that certain things needed to be taken care of. A price was stated, the work was agreed upon and the work was completed and the garage door is fixed. It does not get better than that.

Very quick and professional response all the way around from the scheduler to the technician! Thank you to Brett, especially, who helped us out today. I would highly recommend this company. I called at 7:30 in the morning and they were there before 9 AM! Customer service can be hit or miss these days, but this group has it together with communication, setting expectations, and follow up.

Once again, we had a great experience having our garage door repaired by Precision! Tyler returned my email request for a service appointment and sent a technician out right away. Brett came on a very cold day, was friendly and professional, and provided quality service for us. He had to put both cables back in place and he replaced the bearings. The door is now running smoother than it had been. We really appreciate him braving the frigid temperature to help us out! We are repeat customers and highly recommend Precision for garage door service!

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door, but they will be my service provider of choice going forward. My technician (Colton) listened to my concerns then completed a review of the full system before advising options. He completed all work quickly and professionally and assisted setting up all remotes including on vehicles. I recommend Precision Garage Door service for all of your garage doors needs.

We had a great experience using this business. They sent someone the same day and he was friendly and professional. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different options for fixing it. As he was fixing the primary problem, he realized a secondary issue (involving how the motor had been originally installed...not by them) might be contributing to it. He explained his concern and we let him fix that too for a very reasonable fee. That probably saved me another call in the future. It's working better than it has in a long while. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Brett came out and quickly identified the problem causing the garage door to malfunction. He took time to educate me about my garage door, the various components of the door, positives and negatives of this type door, potential problems, things I can do to help it work efficiently, and maintenance that I can perform to extend the life of the parts. He was able to quickly fix the problem and then performed some additional maintenance on the door. Brett is a great guy who communicates on a level that is easy to understand. I will always ask for him if I ever have problems again! Brett and Precision have my highest rating!!

Garage door was damaged around 11:15am. Colton showed up around 1:30pm and got the door functioning safely by 2:15pm. Great service, polite and efficient. Panel needs to be ordered and replaced, but door is functioning as it should until panal arrives.

Precision responded over the weekend and got out here quickly. Brett was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and proactively replaced some frayed cables and other parts that were on the brink of failure. He made our 20 year old door like new again. I highly recommend.

Brett was very professional and super nice and cheerful despite it being -11 degrees when he arrived. Explained the problem, provided a quote and did a great job repairing. Did not push anything on me, but suggested what would be ideal. In addition to the broken spring he installed new rollers, which were recommended, but not required. Immediately noticed how much smoother and quieter the door is with the new rollers. Excellent all around.
