Eric in Loveland: Agent was great who came out and was very thorough and explained everything in detail on what would be needed to maintain my garage in the future. Had multiple things done and they came out the same day and were prepared to fix everything on the spot. Work took about 3-4 hours and everything works great now. He did not push things, he just explained what would be needed to maintain and what he also thought minimum would be to fix problems. He made suggestions and I picked all the ones he felt needed attention.

Garage door, installed by Precision in 2019, was not working properly. Colton was here within an hour and fixed the problem and ran the inspection. A wire connection had come loose. Brett was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he took the time to look over everything and not just the broken spring. He explained the 3 options I had to consider, ranging from minimal cost to maximum cost; as well as explaining the warranty available with each option. He offered an estimate on how long it would take for the parts to come in; specifically the heavy springs needed for my wooden door. As soon as the parts were received, I had a phone call from Tyler to schedule the repairs. I'm happy to say that Brett was able to come out the next day and get all of the repairs done in a timely fashion. He then took time to explain the differences between the old and new parts, remind me of the warranty and asked if I had any otther questions. One of the reasons I initially chose Precision Door was because of the BBB rating. Based on my experiences with Brett, I plan to reach back out to Precision Door when I have any additional issues with my garage door. Thanks for having such pleasant people to work with.
