I had a broken spring...nothing to terrible. I called and they were at my home in less than 2 hours. The installer knew what he was doing and was very professional. He answered all my questions and even gave me a quote for some new insulated doors that I'm looking at getting for my shop. Customer service like this is few and far between these days! Thank you so much for all you did. I absolutley recommend them to anyone looking for new doors or just a fix. The price was fair as well.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! Tried to charge me $1000 I got the same thing done for $235 with another vendor. The Degree of attempted deception was astounding!!!

I would like to apologize for the frustration you have felt, and also the confusion we seem to have had over your quote. We train our technicians to do a thorough and honest safety inspection of every door they encounter. Because yours was significantly older, there were many parts that were in need of repair or replacement. The $700 quote included everything that technically needed done, but we would have been happy to simply repair your springs as the next company did. It is so important to us that our customers are aware of potential issues their door may have in the future so that they know what to expect. I am deeply sorry for the miscommunication, and hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

These guys were awesome to work with. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. We discovered the broken spring when I was heading out for lunch. William had the door working by the end of the day. I recently moved into a new home and the garage door was noisy and had an alarming "shimmy" as it operated. I found Precision Garage Door via a Google search and was pleased they were able to offer same day service. The technician, Nick, was friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested what should be fixed right away but didn't "hard sell" me on repairs that could wait.
