Wow, was I impressed with your service. I had been looking for a trustworthy company. I have friends who have had horror experiences with garage door repair people. The appointment was quick, not weeks out. The repairman was on time. He overlooked the junk in the garage as I was trying to move and could not get the garage door up. He showed us the little safety feature to get the door up without the lifter working. I was able to move my stuff out of the garage. The landlord can now deal with repairing or replacing the very old garage door lifter. Oh, the repairman(sorry, I think his name is Brandon) did a thorough inspection and writeup. Super great guy, very, very professional. What a positive experience in the middle of a moving out mess. Moving is drama enough by itself. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

We needed 2 side springs replaced. We called a few other places and they came out and told us we needed to replace the whole system since it was very old. The guy from Precision who repaired our springs did an excellent job for a great price. I would definitely recommend this company to do your garage opener repairs.

Nick was great! He showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose and offer a solution. He was upfront with the pricing and was able to quickly repair the broken springs. He also stayed to make sure it was working and when there was another small issue he was able to offer a solution and repair that as well. Great service.

I had some issues with my garage door, so I looked on-line and found Precision had several 5 star reviews. So I gave them a call. The customer service rep on the phone was very polite and helpful. She set up an appt. with a technician for the same day. Nick was assigned to my project. I reviewed all of reviews about Nick, prior to him arrive. All were 4 & 5 star. Once he arrived, I was not dissapointed. He listened to my concerns about the issues with our door. He inspected the door and advised me what could be done to rectify the problems. They ranged from basic cleaning and maintenace to replacement of worn parts. He explained what each level of service would be and how it would affect the future performance of the door. Although the door is 26 years old and still had many of the original parts, he never tried to "up sell" me on replacement parts. He did show me where many of the original parts were worn and estimated how much longer they may last. I could see with my own eyes the wear on the parts. Obviously I was having problems with the door, or I wouldn't have made the call in the first place. After looking at the parts, I was convinced that I was lucky we never had any "major" problems with the door, but could see where these original parts would soon fail and lead to major issues. After getting an estimate on costs, I decided to replace several of the original parts. Nick said he had the parts on his truck and could remove the old parts and replace the new parts without another trip. He completed the repairs in a timely and professional manner. He adjusted our opener and cleaned up everthing behind him. Upon completion, the door works as good as new. I am very pleased with Nick's performance and would recommend Precision and Nick to anyone. Although the Product list below only allowed me to select one item, Nick replaced the spring, rollers, and drums. All were about to have major failure due to age.

Precision did an excellent job! The spring broke on my 10-yr-old garage door opener. I called and got estimates from 3 companies and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service responded the fastest, scheduled the fastest and was actually a few dollars cheaper than their competitors. Kim explained how the repair would be done and got it scheduled for the very next day. I purchased my opener at Home Depot and Brandon came and installed it, replaced the broken spring and loud metal rollers, and Voila! I have a new, quiet garage door opener. Brandon even set up the electronic entry codes for the remote opener for me. It was a pleasure working with such a competent and knowledgeable technician!

Nick showed apologizing for being late, but appointment was scheduled between noon and two, and he showed up at 1:15. He got right to work evaluating the damage from the door closing on our truck. Nick repaired the damage with a new opener arm and two new struts. He adjusted the down force that apparently was the cause of the door striking the truck. Nick also made some adjustments to the door’s alignment and rollers. Nick was friendly and courteous while explaining our options. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you.

Incredible. Going to work today and noticed garage door spring was broken great. Went on line found precision read reviews sounds great. Called scheduled an appointment for the morning. Guess what never showed. Called back said forget it I will go with someone else. Had it scheduled with their competitor. Their manager called apologizing for the mistake said they would take care of it for no charge. I said “What”. Are you kidding me. This is Absolutely The best service I have ever experienced. I Will recommend this company to everyone I know. Service tech showed up very apologetic saying they were sorry and would take care of the issue. Awesome. Very professional. Precision set expectations up front starting with the phone call describing the (likely) problem, possible fixes needed, and approximate costs. The tech (Nick) was scheduled for a few hours later, was timely in arrival and was very thorough in his work, including subtle details that mattered for better functioning of the opener. (Another company previously installed mismatched springs they had on hand despite my concern, and their springs failed years sooner than expected.)
