Wiliam does a fantastic job of figuring out the problems with garage doors, and is always on time. Not to mention VERY responsive. I have always had service within 24 hours. We have 5 garage doors needing repairs from adjustment, to replacing springs, to replacing rollers to replacing weather stripping for our farm buildings. I always call Precision for garage door issues!!

Cable on garage door broke, made an online appointment for 4pm the next day. Colton called and texted me at 9am in the morning stating he could come earlier due to some cancellations. Professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service! I appreciate the ability to schedule an appointment online, and have a tech come out the same day. Brendan provided excellent communication. I knew that I was on his schedule, and when he would be arriving. He diagnosed the problem with our opener quickly, and resolved the problem. Brendan completely serviced our door-- replacing the wheels and the spring, then installed a new. What a difference!
