Colton was amazing! He walked me through what was going on with my opener, showed me my options, after a thorough discussion, I made my decision to have it serviced. I realize I needed a new door, and he was kind enough to take notes so that hopefully next year, I can get a new door. He was completely transparent and exceptionally professional! Cable on garage door broke, made an online appointment for 4pm the next day. Colton called and texted me at 9am in the morning stating he could come earlier due to some cancellations.
