Thank you so much for coming out today on short notice. Brendon did a fantastic job performing the work I requested. He explained what he was doing and mentioned things I might need to address in the future. His professional interactions and knowledge of the job were outstanding. You are fortunate to have an employee like him! Your office staff were also very nice and scheduled me right away. Thank you again! Bob

Informative, quick and flexible. Jackson did a fantastic job identifying key issues with my system, give suggestions/commentary on the solutions and was able to tackle all of them within a two hour window. Would recommend reaching out to this team for any upcoming problems with a garage door.

My garage door started to have issues on Saturday and the Precision Garage door person who answered my call, gave me tips on how I could partially fix it until a technician come out on Monday. The technician, Jackson Hayslip, arrived on time Monday and promptly found the problem and corrected it as well as checking our other garage door. What a wonderful experience, thank you Precision!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Thoroughly looked at the condition of the garage door on a home we just purchased and was able to bring it up to excellent condition very quickly and for a reasonable price. Bryan even had everything on the truck! Was very pleased with the service.

hello. I called to have an exterior keypad replaced. Devon was nice and polite and followed your corporate upselling spiel honorably. His work was fine. The $184 charge for lubricating and ?, which took him all of ten minutes is where you lost me. I can certainly understand a service call charge and even the mark-up on the new remote and pad. Congratulations on your extra $100, invest it wisely. I will never use you again for my five other properties and if my friends ask, well what can I say?

I needed a new garage door opener. Mine was over 20 yrs old and finally quit working. I set an appointment online for a day that was convenient for me on their website. Precision technician Drew called because he was done early at his previous job and asked if he could come then. I told him he could. Which helped me out that he was able to come earlier. He was very professional and very polite. He explained everything to me and the price was very good for all the work he did! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who need work done on their garage doors!

Having a full inspection was nice because he explained what he looked at and what was going on with all the parts on our garage door. And then it was really up to us to decide what direction we wanted to go. There was no hard sell making me uncomfortable. Precision is just trying to get me the best options. Thanks!

Brendan, from Precision, quickly assessed our garage door needs and gave us his recommendations for repairs. He was not pushy and didn’t try to sell us new doors. He was competent, efficient and friendly. New parts were installed quickly and our garage doors work great. We highly recommend Brendan!

Our entire frame had previously been installed not on a level causing the track to separate from the wall. Devon gave me different options on the repairs and spent the time explaining how all the parts work. I decided to have the entire frame and other parts redone. Everything was completed the same day. Highly recommended!

Great service, I booked on line and had repairs service the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Our technician NOAH showed up on time. Noah explain our issue and how the system is working to hard because of aging parts. Everything was fixed quickly and I wasn’t pressure to replace any units that didn’t need immediate replacement. I recommend this company! And I will be hiring them in the future.

Torsion springs broke on the garage door. Called Precision Service. Technician (Jackson Hayslip) arrived within one hour and diagnosed the problem. He inspected the garage door system with explanations and repaired the door with parts available in his truck. Also upgraded very worn parts on the > 25-yearl-old door. He was courteous, friendly, informative, and professional. Very rapid response and appears to be good quality service.

We called to arrange maintenance and inspection of a noisy garage door that hadn’t been checked for almost 4 years, in our townhome of one year. We chose Precision due to over 1000 reviews, all 5star. They sent Noah out the same day. He was personable , professional, and explained everything in easy to understand language, along with photos of the failing parts. He then performed the necessary repairs and maintenance in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs and maintenance.

I am so happy with the service i received from Jack (Jackson) with Precision Garage Door of Loveland. I was most impressed with his knowledge. He went over my garage door with me step by step. He did not try to sell me anything. While I called for service because the wire to the sensor to close the door was broken, he did their 25 point check - which is their policy - regardless of what you call them out for. He told me I had a good motor and door - no replacement necessary. As he showed me the areas that were, or could become, concerning (and I understood and could see what he was explaining) I realized, though, that it was time I actually put some money into my door to preserve it for as long as I can since i have rather neglected it. It was totally my choice, no guilting or sales pitch involved. I would have felt comfortable just having him replace the wire because I felt no pressure to have him do anything more. As a matter of fact, I felt that he was a most honest individual who truly did know his job and cared about doing his very best. To the husband and wife who own this family company, i hope all your employees are this good at their job. Give Jack a raise!
