The springs and wires on my old garage door broke one afternoon and I called several places but Precision was the first to answer and they came over to my house within the next hour. Sadly, it was an expensive fix - my garage door was very, very old and it was recommended to replace the full door and system (my old door did not have the traditional spring above). I went ahead with this and they were able to get me in the next week. Thankfully, in the meantime they also helped me get my car out of the my garage since it was stuck in there after the door broke. When they came out the next week the installer was professional and even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when he started. It works great and was well worth the money.

I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours. The repair involved components that were 10-24 years old. Devon explained 3 options for repairs and the advantages of each option. He did an excellent job. I was grateful to have the repair done in such a timely manner.

Outstanding service! Devon Decker was fantastic. He reprogrammed and connected three remotes for us. A new Escalade was connected, I don’t think we would have been able to do without him. Scheduling was prompt. The receptionist who took my phone call was easy to understand and very courteous. Devon also performed maintenance on three doors and openers. We are very pleased.

Devon did an awesome job. He was courteous and very professional. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door because I had a broken spring. He weighed my garage door and my springs under sized for the weight of the door and the amount of use. The upsized springs were the same price which makes replacing a no-brainer.
