The installer, Drew, was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issues and gave me cost options to fix them. A wonderful experience from start to finish. They were also able to fix the issue the same day I called.

Precision Garage Door provided awesome service the day we backed into our garage door. They had someone out within a few hours (even earlier than promised), he was able to at least get the day open so that we could get our car out, explained why the door needed to be replaced (we were not surprised, the damage was very obvious), and gave us a fair estimate on replacing it. We were extremely pleased with the reps knowledge, ability to make the door function, and explaining our options to replace it.

The guy that repaired our garage door was Devon Decker. He did an outstanding job. He even repaired some work that was done a few months ago by a different company. We will definitely refer your company to our friends and neighbors. There was not room to list all the parts we purchased. Here they are : Bottom rubber, reinforced metal bracket, rollers, struts, 8' rail, center bearing plate, precision heavy duty drums. and 2 torsion springs. Devon Decker was the tech that serviced my garage door. Although Precision Garage Door Service was 1st contacted for a suspected broken spring, it was found to be intact and functional. I perceived Devon to be a man of integrity and after his inspection of three doors authorized the spring and all related parts to be replaced regardless of it being operational. Ultimately parts will eventually fail at an inopportune time, Devon made the decision easy.
