Cable on garage door broke, made an online appointment for 4pm the next day. Colton called and texted me at 9am in the morning stating he could come earlier due to some cancellations. Professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service! I appreciate the ability to schedule an appointment online, and have a tech come out the same day. Brendan provided excellent communication. I knew that I was on his schedule, and when he would be arriving. He diagnosed the problem with our opener quickly, and resolved the problem. Brendan completely serviced our door-- replacing the wheels and the spring, then installed a new. What a difference!

Scheduling online was quick and easy. There were several appointments available the next day or within the next few days. I appreciated a call from Colten letting me know when he would arrive and a text from the company with his picture so I knew who to look for. Colten was very knowledgeable and was able to dianose the problem quickly, make repairs, and pointed out some things to look for in the future. He made sure I knew about all of the safety features available and how to use them so my car and I were not stuck in/outside of the garage. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

I can not tell you how great the service was. I mad my appointment first thing on Monday morning after I noticed that one of the springs was broken on Sunday afternoon. Colton was the technician. He called and give me the time he would be here. After he did the inspection he gave me three options and explained the differences between them all. It was clear what he was going to do and walked me through all the repairs. Once he was done with the work, he showed me what was replaced and give me some recommendation for maintaining the garage door. I feel like the garage door is in better shape after Colton replaced the spring. I would recommend Precision and Colton to anyone that is in need of anything related to a garage door.
