The technician and a trainee came out quickly (within two hours!) to repair my garage door which would not open. The technicians couldn’t have been better to work with: knowledgeable, very pleasant, polite, thorough. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I will recommend Precision to my brother who recommended a different company. That company didn’t return my call promptly and, when they finally did, they couldn't do the repair for two days. That would have left my garage open for 3 nights, and that was making me nervous! Finally, the price for the repair from Precision was reasonable. Once again, using a BBB rating proved more accurate than the internet (but you CAN believe this review!)

Colton was professional, extremely knowledgable and completely honest with me. I was offered 3 options which included "make everything perfect, fix current issue and anything potentially unsafe, or just fix whats broken now." I chose to make everything perfect. Colton was also very proficient and fast. I couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Your category below only allows me to select one purchased item, but I replaced everything. Springs, cables, beqrings, rollers, opener and and all its asssociated doohickies. Finally, my door malfunctioned late on Friday afternoon, and Colton was here before my appointment window on saturday. I strongly recomend these folks for any garage door needs.

I was very pleased with my service from Precision Garage Door. I came across them in internet searches and they had largely very good reviews. My technician Drew D. was prompt and professional. I had an ancient garage door opener that needed replacing (noisy does not begin to describe it). Drew did a safety inspection and then gave me several recommendations for repair and replacement. I chose to replace the opener and a few other recommended parts. Drew did the work quickly and cleanly, explained everything and left me with a few things to watch for as some of the older parts age. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again.

I feel blindsided, I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to give me a “free quote” on a garage door repair. The service man was very pleasant but quoted me about $300 more than other quotes I had gotten. He was only here for about 15 minutes and when I let him know I was not going to proceed with the service he charged me a $65 service fee just for coming to give me the quote. When I called customer service they claimed to have told me this before and proceeded to say they could not give me a refund. Every other garage door company that came out before Precision, did not charge me for a quote. I will not be ever be using precision nor recommending them to anyone in the future.
