Thank you Precision Garage door business. I arranged to have my daughter & son-in-laws garage door serviced today (Feb 2, 2026), in Johnstown, CO. Noah was the technician wo came out and did the repairs. He was very professional and he took his time in explaining what could be done to address the issues they were having with the door. It only took him about an hour to complete the job. We are very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Repair service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with garage door issues. Devon did a fantastic job! He provided us with great detail not only 1 option but 4 options for repairing our garage door. He then did the work quickly to get the work done so the door would work properly over the weekend until he could return earlly the next week to finish the repairs with the needed parts. Precision Garage Door provided awesome service the day we backed into our garage door. They had someone out within a few hours (even earlier than promised), he was able to at least get the day open so that we could get our car out, explained why the door needed to be replaced (we were not surprised, the damage was very obvious), and gave us a fair estimate on replacing it. We were extremely pleased with the reps knowledge, ability to make the door function, and explaining our options to replace it.
