We called Friday morning, and they could not come to fix it until Monday morning, which is contrary to what their website states.

Thomas came out to service our garage door (broken spring). He was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little surprised at the high price. I didn't expect it to be as much as it was (and, we didn't even do all that was recommended. That would have priced us out). To be fair, we haven't had a repair on our garage door for years (and that was at another house), so I don't have much to compare it with. When asked, the tech even said they were a little on the high side compared with other companies. However, the service was very good and the tech was very considerate and responsive to our needs.

Colton D. arrived ahead of schedule and patiently waited for my arrival. He assessed the "problems" with the garage door and explained all of the options and the benefits of each as well as the risks of not getting some of the suggested items fixed. We agreed to the best plan and he quickly and efficiently took care of everything within 90 minutes. I'm confident the garage door is balanced, safer and will not prematurely where out the motor.
