I tried Precision based on their TV ads in Cheyenne. I was able to get an early appointment that fit my schedule. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 2hour window I was given. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything good and bad and never tried to "up sell" me. He completed the repairs in an hour notwithstanding there was a lot to be done. The door works perfectly. I will use Precision again when the need arises. In*

On 2/6/2026 we had our garage door repaired by precision garage door. The repair was performed by Jackson Hayslip. Jackson was profesional courteous and cordial. He was knowledgable and explained the problem and the necessary repairs. We appreciate the good service and would recommend the company and Jackson to all who would ask.

Adam contacted me once he saw my name appear on his work schedule. I was a last minute addition on a late afternoon. He arrived within 30 minutes, assessed the issues, offered 3 options and got the work done quickly. Very happy with the encounter, the professionalism, the work done. Would highly recommend this company.

Drew is the coolest dude in garage repair. He came out the very next day and clearly broke down the pricing, showing us exactly what was wrong with our door. He repaired the springs, rollers, cables, and more—all at a fair price. He was fast, efficient, and now our garage door works like new and is super quiet. Highly recommend!

Had a door that needed to be repaired quickly. Heard about Precision from the NextDoor app where reviews were positive. Called several other companies but Precision could be at our house within three hours (actually arrived an hour earlier!) where the others would have been later or the next day. The individual who took my call was very professional, courteous, and helpful; as was Brendan, the repair specialist who did a thorough job, was efficient, and very respectful. Highly recommend Precision.

Thank you Precision Garage door business. I arranged to have my daughter & son-in-laws garage door serviced today (Feb 2, 2026), in Johnstown, CO. Noah was the technician wo came out and did the repairs. He was very professional and he took his time in explaining what could be done to address the issues they were having with the door. It only took him about an hour to complete the job. We are very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Repair service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with garage door issues. I could not be any happier with the work that was performed.. My garage door opener finally died after 29 years. Adam was courteous, very pleasant and professional, and left the garage very clean. I received texts or phone calls to let me know when he would arrive and other details. In less than 24 hours from my call to your office, I have a garage door opener that works just the way it should. I would not hesitate to recommend your company.

They responded quickly to my request and sent out a service technician the same day. Brian, the technician who came to our house was very professional and friendly. He performed a check of our door and made several suggestions. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to rush us into something we didn’t want at that time. He did the work we requested.

The service was scheduled very quickly after my initial inquiry. The specialist was professional and got my garage door fixed within 2 hours. My only hiccup was the price for the service, but I understand it's specialized work, and the specialist gave me several price options for me to choose.
