Contacted precision for a double size garage door tune-up. Adam called before arriving and and arrived on time as promised. Inspected my door and gave me options and estimates and explained everything as we moved forward. We agreed on a service option and price and the work was done very timely. Adam explained everything again after the work was done and explained why the door was working so much better and quieter. Very happy and would recommend this company.

Same day service! Our spring coil snapped! Our vehicles were stuck inside the garage. Adam came out, conducted a full inspection on both garage doors, and then throughly walked us through options with cost (about 5 options to choose from). He was nothing short of prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time with us as this was the first time we as homeowners had gone through a repair and inspection. He had everything on his truck to make the repairs and used high quality and durable parts (much better than the current/old parts). I'm Trevor and Adam was my technician. One of my springs broke on my double garage door. Set an appointment online yesterday for 10 -12. Adam called and said he had a cancelation for 8am and if it was ok to come earlier. That was perfect and Adam got to my house quick and talked me thru everything. When I told him what I wanted done he got right to work and finished quickly and did an amazing job .Adam was very professional thru everything.
