I called in the afternoon and the next morning, they came out. Trevor and Will were wonderful. Very professional, friendly and mindful of property. They completed their assessment and were able to get our door fixed promptly. You never think about your garage doors until they don't work. But it's nice to have a company that was able to come out the next day not the next week. We needed more than one thing done to our door but for the review, I'll just say springs. We appreciate you!

Our 3 year old LiftMaster wall-mount decided to have issues resulting in a door that wouldn’t open and a situation that wasn’t a DIY repair. The positive reviews for Precision Garage Door made me call. Within a 1/2 hour a technician was here diagnosing the issue. Jacob did a terrific job of assessing everything and then getting the lifting cables back where they belonged, installing new rollers, lubricating the hinges, and reprogramming/testing the unit. By the time Jacob left the door was opening and closing quietly and more smoothly than it has ever operated. We appreciated the time he took to answer all our questions and to educate us on simple maintenance that will keep our garage door operating smoothly. Great experience!

I tried to open my garage in the early afternoon and it would open about 3 to 6 inches then close. I called precision door and they were there in about 2 hours! Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. He was concerned about the safety of the door and gave me a couple of options about how to proceed. He was honest about what really needed to be done and did not try to add any services that were not necessary. I am very happy with the service and how quickly they were able to fix the problem! I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for anything that I need! Thank you!!

We purchased a new garage door about 7 to 8 years ago. I started noticing a few issues with it, the main issue being it was getting too heavy to lift manually when the power would go out. I called Precision to come out and do a tune-up and to my extreme surprise, they were able to come out within an hour or 2 of my call. Noah and his partner were extremely nice and professional and explained everything that they were going to do. They did a thorough examination of the entire garage door, including springs, rollers and tracks, and noticed there were several issues, the main one being the springs needed to be replaced. Again, to my surprise, they had all the parts on their truck and they were able to resolve all of the issues on this single trip. Now our garage door is working like new again and is much easier to manually lift. I have put their number in my contacts list so the next time we ever need garage door repair, Precision will be my first call.

Excellent service. I contacted Precision Garage Door about a problem with our two garage doors in the morning and had a technician at the house by lunchtime. The tech, Brendan, quickly diagnosed the problems and recommended the appropriate solutions. By mid-afternoon, we had two garage doors that were working perfectly. Gary is professional and courteous. When I called to make the appointment it was about the chain and loud noises the door was making when going up and down . Gary took his time and pictures so I could see the problems that were happening. It was an old unit, surprised it lasted as long as it did. Amazing customer service and job well done. They were able to come out the same day. Jack, the technician, was five star all the way. He did a full inspection of my garage door and then thoroughly went through everything with me. He gave me multiple options to choose from, depending on how much I wanted him to do. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive option. He completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through everything and verifying the job was done right. Precision was referred by a friend and he was 100% correct. From the initial phone call until the technician drove away I was informed of every thing that was happening. After the tech inspected my system he told me what his "plan of attack" was and started to work. My old system was not conventional and was originally scratch built 47+ yrs ago. After removing the old system the tech " fabricated" a new system and installed it. After the installation the tech checked out everything, even my 5 remotes. The entire process was more complicated than I had thought and the price was still cheaper than a "off the shelf" model. Will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.
