Colton called me back in only a couple hours after my initial call. One of their technicians, Drew, was at my house at 4:00 the next day. Drew was excellent at communicating his arrival time down to the minute. He took the time to explain to me what repairs could be done, several options, and had all the parts with him. One hour later we were back in action and better than before. Drew was excellent, communication was top notch. I would absolutely recommend.

The main spring on my garage door snapped early morning, called in to have a same day appointment. The technician Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and quick with his work. His inspection was thorough and fixed everything in about an hour. The door looks and works better than before. Would highly recommend their service.

Thank you for great customer service. I received a phone call saying you were on the way in 15-20 minutes; right on. Garage door springs, bearing, drums, rollers and bearing plate all replaced satisfactorily. Very happy that I could make an appointment the night before, late, and get and get on right away the next day. Keep up the good work. Will definitely call you again if needed.

The scheduling was easy. Communication appropriate and timely, Noah was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently and quickly to resolve the problem. The pricing was a bit high but given everything that was great, it was mostly worth it.

Easily made appointment online. Later, I spoke with Chelsea regarding directions and she was delightful. Adam came that afternoon - he was prompt and very kind. After examining the door, he did an excellent job explaining the different options I had for fixing it. He did excellent work, made the repairs quickly and answered all my questions. Considering all he did, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these folks!

I chose your business and service person, Noah, due to a referral from a friend and previous customer of yours. A great review referral was what led me to make an appt. Noah is clear with what he plans to diagnose and his resolutions to the problem. He allows your choice as to what is decided to repair and the cost. He put new rollers to quiet its journey and adjusted the balance so it could be locked again. The small jerk in the chain driven door upon closing wasn't able to be completely resolved. Hopefully that won't worsen any time soon. Very pleased with his work and passed on a business card to my neighbor.

The springs and wires on my old garage door broke one afternoon and I called several places but Precision was the first to answer and they came over to my house within the next hour. Sadly, it was an expensive fix - my garage door was very, very old and it was recommended to replace the full door and system (my old door did not have the traditional spring above). I went ahead with this and they were able to get me in the next week. Thankfully, in the meantime they also helped me get my car out of the my garage since it was stuck in there after the door broke. When they came out the next week the installer was professional and even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when he started. It works great and was well worth the money.

I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours. The repair involved components that were 10-24 years old. Devon explained 3 options for repairs and the advantages of each option. He did an excellent job. I was grateful to have the repair done in such a timely manner.

Outstanding service! Devon Decker was fantastic. He reprogrammed and connected three remotes for us. A new Escalade was connected, I don’t think we would have been able to do without him. Scheduling was prompt. The receptionist who took my phone call was easy to understand and very courteous. Devon also performed maintenance on three doors and openers. We are very pleased.
