Needed to replace a noisy chain driven garage door opener w/ a belt driven on. The technician, Adam, showed up on time, reviewed my current setup, explained the options available to me, completed the work, went over the warranties and remote operations, and showed me how to do my own periodic lubrication of the rollers.
