I'm Trevor and Adam was my technician. One of my springs broke on my double garage door. Set an appointment online yesterday for 10 -12. Adam called and said he had a cancelation for 8am and if it was ok to come earlier. That was perfect and Adam got to my house quick and talked me thru everything. When I told him what I wanted done he got right to work and finished quickly and did an amazing job .Adam was very professional thru everything. Would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door help.

Devon arrived during the appointed time and actually explained how garage doors work - not in a condescending or superior sort of way, but in a way I could understand. Precision Garage door installed a new garage door for a neighbor. When I had an opener problem I called them. After solving my controller issues Willam inspected by 25 year old garage doors. He determined what I knew that I needed new doors. William did a great job and provided a fair price for our new doors.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday afternoon and they sent a service person, Devon Decker, Tuesday morning. We thought we only needed to have the bottom seal on our garage door replaced, but after Devon checked it out, we needed a little more done. Devon explained everything that he saw that needed replaced and gave us a fair price. Our door was 22 years old and hadn't had a thing done with it in all those years! He was fast and efficient. After everything was updated, I couldn't believe how much more efficient and quiet our garage door opened! Devon definitely knew what he was talking about! Noah did a great job in inspecting and recommending solutions, and also explaining what he found to my wife and I. One of the issue he found was the garage door was not level and corrected that which made a huge difference in the floor seal, which he also replaced. Today was our appointment with your company to come and take a look at our garrage door as it was making noises that did not sound good. A young technician named Adam came to our house promptly on time as scheduled and observed our garage door situation. He explained to me what was happening with the spring,bearings and rollers on our door so it was clear to me what was going on. He gave me an estimate and my choice of different options backed by warranties. We opted for five year warranty procedure. And ask him to proceed with the repair. He was very clean with his work timely and professional. I also ask him to install a key pad system on the outside of the door for access. He did a beautiful job for us. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone with a door issue.

I had another company install a new garage door opener, springs and rollers. My garage door failed at least 5 times over the last year so I decided to change companies. I called Precision and asked for an evaluation of the machine I had or do I need another new one, I needed a working garage door. Within 10 minutes I was told the problem was the spring that was installed, it was for a 9 foot and I had an 8 foot door. So I had the right springs installed, it now runs smooth and quiet. I'm impressed and will take the wrong springs back to the other company and leave a review for them.
