He then did the work quickly to get the work done so the door would work properly over the weekend until he could return earlly the next week to finish the repairs with the needed parts. They had someone out within a few hours (even earlier than promised), he was able to at least get the day open so that we could get our car out, explained why the door needed to be replaced (we were not surprised, the damage was very obvious), and gave us a fair estimate on replacing it.
