I'm Trevor and Adam was my technician. One of my springs broke on my double garage door. Set an appointment online yesterday for 10 -12. Adam called and said he had a cancelation for 8am and if it was ok to come earlier. That was perfect and Adam got to my house quick and talked me thru everything. When I told him what I wanted done he got right to work and finished quickly and did an amazing job .Adam was very professional thru everything. Would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door help.

Precision Garage door installed a new garage door for a neighbor. When I had an opener problem I called them. After solving my controller issues Willam inspected by 25 year old garage doors. He determined what I knew that I needed new doors. William did a great job and provided a fair price for our new doors.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday afternoon and they sent a service person, Devon Decker, Tuesday morning. We thought we only needed to have the bottom seal on our garage door replaced, but after Devon checked it out, we needed a little more done. Devon explained everything that he saw that needed replaced and gave us a fair price. Our door was 22 years old and hadn't had a thing done with it in all those years! He was fast and efficient. After everything was updated, I couldn't believe how much more efficient and quiet our garage door opened! Devon definitely knew what he was talking about! Noah did a great job in inspecting and recommending solutions, and also explaining what he found to my wife and I. One of the issue he found was the garage door was not level and corrected that which made a huge difference in the floor seal, which he also replaced.
