Brendan was timely, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain our issue and how the door works and what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options, he didn't pressure us about doing the most expensive thing, which was nice. We ended up getting the full list taken care of, but not without knowing what our options were. His truck was painted/logo'd and the whole experience gave us confidence our door would work right after the service.

He examined the door, showed me all of the items that were causing the problem and gave me detailed pricing for everything. My tenant notified me on Friday afternoon that the garage door was not working. I went on Precision's website and was able to book a Monday AM appointment. Your website was more impressive than a major corporation’s ! The photos and bios of the technicians is a nice addition. The problem was taken care of in a few short hours (extensive repair was needed). I ask my tenant if he was satisfied with the process, he said “The garage door process was perfect.
