From the estimate to the installation of the garage door everything went smoothly. Drew and Tyler were excellent went they came out to give me an estimate. They listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. Isaac installed my new door today. He did a fantastic job. Took his time and made sure everything was done the way it should be. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He definitely knows his job. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door installation or maintenance.

Colton introduced himself in a friendly manner, explained the process in which he would proceed diagnosing the problems with my garage door and gave me my options in a way that even I could understand it. He had everything he needed for repairs on the truck. I chose what I wanted done, and he went to work. The results are amazing. He updated the door mechanisms and turned a noisy, jittery door into a quiet, smooth, like-new garage door. Colton is professional, empathetic, and efficient. Drew called ahead to let me know he'd be early, if that was convenient (which it was). He listened to my concerns about the garage door noise, looked everything over and tested it before deciding what he thought was the problem. Each step of the way, he explained what/why he was doing and gave me some helpful hints about using all the electronics involved. I really appreciate the service he provided and all of it was well worth the charge for Lube and Tune--the door hadn't been lubricated for almost 4 years. I am very satisfied with this service and if something should arise later, will be confident in asking for help again.

The amazing professionals at Precision were able to fix my door and give it an amazing tune up! Called Precision Garage Door over the weekend when one of our 20+ year old controllers stopped functioning.
