Devon did a fantastic job! He provided us with great detail not only 1 option but 4 options for repairing our garage door. He then did the work quickly to get the work done so the door would work properly over the weekend until he could return earlly the next week to finish the repairs with the needed parts. I will highly reccomend Precision for any work you need done!

Precision Garage Door provided awesome service the day we backed into our garage door. They had someone out within a few hours (even earlier than promised), he was able to at least get the day open so that we could get our car out, explained why the door needed to be replaced (we were not surprised, the damage was very obvious), and gave us a fair estimate on replacing it. We were extremely pleased with the reps knowledge, ability to make the door function, and explaining our options to replace it.

Just wanted to extend a huge thanks to Noah Guoladdle and Colton Deeney for their prompt and professional response during the holiday season to correct some serious new door installation issues we were experiencing. They were thorough, accurate and professional in identifying and repairing the obvious issues we were experiencing from an improper installation from another company. We now have doors that operate properly and we cannot be more appreciative and thankful.

Drew is, hands down, the best contractor we have hired to work on our new house. Drew helped talk us through the pros and cons of which door openers I was considering and made a recommendation, explaining why he thought it was the best choice for our needs. Customer service was an A+, answering all my questions and giving a master class on my new garage door opener. Final product is perfect. The door is perfectly balanced and whisper quiet!

The tech was very knowledgeable and good at answering my questions. He had the right part on his truck and repaired my garage door in a timely manner. He did try to upsell me with more repairs and a new opener, but I declined and said please just fix what is broken. He then agreed and finished the work. Thanks for being honest with me and recommend him for a raise.

The guy that repaired our garage door was Devon Decker. He did an outstanding job. He even repaired some work that was done a few months ago by a different company. We will definitely refer your company to our friends and neighbors. There was not room to list all the parts we purchased. Here they are : Bottom rubber, reinforced metal bracket, rollers, struts, 8' rail, center bearing plate, precision heavy duty drums. and 2 torsion springs. Devon was very professional and he worked fast and explained everything to us. He cleaned up after himself very good. Thank you for a job well done, Carol Clary

Devon Decker was the tech that serviced my garage door. Although Precision Garage Door Service was 1st contacted for a suspected broken spring, it was found to be intact and functional. I perceived Devon to be a man of integrity and after his inspection of three doors authorized the spring and all related parts to be replaced regardless of it being operational. Ultimately parts will eventually fail at an inopportune time, Devon made the decision easy.
